The practice of disposing off older heroines while older heroes romance with actresses half their age. But I doubt it will ever change!

I want movies to have stories rather than only A-listed actors and OTT songs.

^That won't change because most of the audience isn't interested. Even women don't go watch most of the movies with older actresses. Give them a choice between a Madhuri movie and a Salman movie and even the women will go see the Salman movie.

Less preachy movies and biopics. Bring back feel good rom-coms like Hum Tum,Salaam Namaste, JWM,JTYJN, Wake up Sid etc.

4. no terrorism or crime or underworld links

5. better lyrics

7. no auto tune

8. better acting and not just promotion

10. more substance

11. more common folk in bollywood

More merit- and talent-based e.g. compulsory auditions for all roles
Broad variety of better content
More pay equality...not just men vs women, but also lead cast / director vs all other cast & crew
