The ishara is Ganeshji keeps bringing them together. So he should go talk to her. As they just keep crossing paths.

Now anything Arjun does will be analyzed understandable I want him to stay innocent so everything he does everyone either trying to prove him guilty of something or prove him innocent of everything IF has been pushing on to him

The ishara dialogue can have 2 meanings.

If Arjun is a positive character that means his kismat is tied with Noor.

If Arjun is a negative character then he can use Noor to make sure Zoya never finds out the truth of Yash and Pooja.
