Hey guys... Today naina wanted to get select in dance competition bcz she wanna go I'm delhi to meet sameer.. yes she failed in 1st attempt may b she ll fail in 2nd attempt too but that's life me.. we fight to achieve something, we try hard, we do everything we can to achieve that aim still sometym we loose n sometimes we win.. but what I feel ki life me haar jeet se badhke ek chij hai..Wo hai koshish krte rhna . Whether u win or lose u should never give up.
I smiled seeing naina today nahe gave audition n got rejected. Same happens with me in school. I love dancing from very beginning of my life but can't dance. Remo sir use to say everybody can dance but I dnt come in that everybody hehe
Yes I faced rejection too n I was so sad that tym. But I never stopped dancing atleast I can do it in home where no one can judge me, my moves..

So this post is just to remember those competitions we hv faced in our life.. share yours.. 😊 will love to hear😊

Faced and still facing competitions..😳
As a classical dancer I can say I was very dedicated to the craft.I remember as a kid,I have sacrificed many 'Shaktiman' episodes for sake of practices and classes.

My first teacher in dance was a hard taskmaster. And he is the one for whom I can dance well with all the moves gracefully..

It was difficult for me to dance especially on stage when I started using spectacles. But that challenged me more to be more passionate about dancing and I can dance now without using contact lens or anything..

Life is simple just not easy and there lies all the challenges..😳

Last time I danced was when I was in class 5.I have never been rejected for God's sake but I have bitter memories of some incidents related to it.So started concentrating on music. Our school's dance and music competitions and programs is controlled by one teacher. It depends on her mood if she wants you to stay or not.But me being her one of favourite student, she ensures I stay even when I know there are much deserving people than me.
But still what is life if there is no ups and downs, failure and success.Failures and rejection make us tough enough to fight back till we succeed.
And yes for everything you need self confidence and self motivation.Glad to know you dance for yourself for your happiness.

Competitions are mostly created by teachers and not by students ...I still remember how my teacher used to scold and tease ...I guess those days ...Kumud kind of teachers were common..than the kinds like Shanthi teacher. 😆

I guess sometimes , these fears that are created at school kind of stays with in you ...

Most of my English teachers thought , I was hopeless ...I wont blame them because there were students in my class who used to excel in the subject...and in those days reading romance especially Mills and boons were a taboo...but that didn't stop me from reading them...so till I graduated I used to borrow books from libraries...once I started earning , I used to buy 1 or 2 Mills and boons every month..and I did that for so many years...I guess its only couple of years back I gave all those to a library near my parents house...hoping that it would help other ppl like me...

As I read these books , I felt the need to write ..a need to weave my own thoughts and imaginations into stories...slowly got into writing...but never talked abt that part of me to anyone...till I wrote my first OS here in this forum.

I was a horrible dancer.😆 But I don't know how I got an award in a dance competition as "best child dancer". 😆 I was a Tom boy type girl and extremely naughty when I was a kid. After that award my Mom thought "chalo ...lets transform her into a girl". 😛 😆She took me to a dance school...and I escaped from there at the second day. Never went back there again. 😆
But I was a very competitive child from the day I was born I guess...😆 I was the heaviest child in the clinic I was born. That means my first victory. 😆 I was 2 years old when I started to participate in different types of competitions. Painting, singing, writing, debate etc...kucch bhi ho I was there. No one ever had to force me for competition. I had that mentality from my childhood. So no matter what competition is there in our schools( I went to many schools) teachers used to write my name first, as they knew I will participate. 😃
