So apparently SP wanting to go through a revamp and axing a few shows is quite true. I'm not surprised considering how bad SP are doing amongst top GEC ranks, so revamping their channel is their way of getting back their numero uno position... that is if they play it wisely with the type of shows they line up, because ullu and kulfi are awful.
Then my question is, why can't they just revamp NK instead of axing it? NK has massive popularity, makes SP money via hotstar due to it's huge online trp's (although this is stupidly also the reason for low tv trp's for the show, but SP want their money too, don't they?) and has great story potential. All they have to do is see where they went wrong with the show, and start afresh. In fact, wasn't this 10 year leap meant to be their refresher, but they screwed it up with the whole saesha-kk track out of nowhere and adding mitali as the third wheel? Plus, NK already has a low-budget, so I'm sure the show is giving the channel back more than they are paying out to run it.
If you think NK should be revamped instead of axed, what do you wish for this revamp to look like? Please do comment and discuss guys.
