Blind: Guess who?

WE couldn't help but blush on hearing of this casting director's trysts with upstarts (and let us tell you, we don't blush easy). We hear the director's eyes are now set on a young and handsome Kashmiri lad. He is a reasonably wellknown television star, looking for his big break on the big screen. And boy, he does know a big opportunity when he sees one. It seems bringing the casting director coffee on the sets has a handsome payoff.

I dont get the blind...Is the casting director at the set?...and bringing coffee means there is definetely something going on? Is he already casted or what is he doing at the set?
Shanoo seems like she chills at YRF than spending time at the set but she is the only female casting director or is there anyone else?

Shanoo is known to do all this but who is the man? Can't be Shaheer since he isn't young.
