What if the mysterious guy is Aditya? Maybe he knows Ashish too. I think when Zoya saw Ashish in the sangeet party and tried to follow him, Aditya kinda stopped her. Maybe he saw Zoya asking Bella's father Ashish's address. Maybe he doesn't want Zoya to know what connection he had with Yash so he gave money to Ashish and told him to leave.
