Lots has been said about today's episode and rightfully so it was just so beautiful and I really wish that the writers pay attention to these subtle moments more than the dramatic ones.
One of the ways I hope they develop Aditya-Zoya's relationship is through not just friendship but that unspoken bond of hurt and grief. Today's episode had so many great moments of how truly Zoya understands Adi and how Adi will always be there to help her. I hope that after the birthday drama crap whatever it is hopefully won't be as bad as we're dreading it to be (because lets be honest we've judged the writers on some stuff and they've not let us down completely)
But I hope they continue to develop them like this subtly, their moments of bonding with grief and pain and then ultimately blossoming into friendship/companionship which slowly evolves into love. I want to see Adi being protective over Zoya, I want to see Zoya understanding Adi more. Maybe they can grow as friends first and Mahi (or someone else) tries to defame their relationship and that's why they force marry for the "log kya kahenge" aspect instead of the cliched hate marriage stuff.
IDK, I just hope they continue with the great moments we got today
