Here Is The Update For 19th February, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
The episode takes of from where it had ended on the last episode. That is with Major Vaibhavi and Markhand face to face.
Markhand tries to bluff his way out by saying that since he had not eaten since morning, his family god / deity had come over to give him food in answer to his prayers. But as things stood Major Vaibhavi is not the one to be fooled and tells him that she knows that his friends and batch mates are outside in order to help him and Markhand too says that his friends were there to pass the food, but that is only because he had not had any thing to eat.
Then Markhand in a dramatic act makes a sobbing case for himself. In a crying tone, almost in tears, he says he will learn all the table manners, etiquettes and English language. Major Vaibhavi asks him how. And Markhand replies that some how or other he would learn. The Major then asks Markhand to step closer and hold out his hands, which he does, but there is a painful grimace / expression ; expecting some thing painful but nothing of that sort happen. Instead he opens his eyes to see few books on his outstretched palms. Major Vaibhavi asks him to read and educate himself. Realizing his good fortune, with few words of praise to Major Vaibhavi he prostates himself at her feet.
Major then asks him to report to her at 1700 hours on the morrow. Markhand does not understand and asks what. The Major rephrases her words to say that he should meet her at five in the evening.
Outside the room, on the other side, the five cadets are undecided as to what course of action, next. Akrithi and Peter want to leave right away, job unfinished and if Major Vaibhavi sees and catches them, along with Markhand they would end up in the dark room.
Purvi says how could they leave Markhand behind, that too without giving him the food. Rummy, as usual flirts with Purvi, endorses her views.
Rummy flirts with Purvi and Akrithi comes out with the rhyme, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star ….
After much further talk and argument, Akrithi and Peter make a move as if to leave, but on second thoughts they step back. Rummy asks them, have they not left as yet. Akrithi says team work and Peter nods in agreement.
Finally Markhand appears and Rummy hugs him with a sorry. Voice over says that sorry erases everything and replaces the team spirit among them and that also did to Major Vaibhavi.
Major Vaibhavi on her way back finds Peters Gadget / wireless or something, she picks it up and with a smile goes away into her room.
In the morning every one is on their run as usual, with few light hearted talk amongst themselves. Rummy Meets Major General, immediately Rummy back tracks. But Major General Calls out to Cadet Rummy. Rummy goes forward and says, " yes dad". He is correct by the Major General to say "Sir". Also on noticing the untied shoe lace, the Major General gets Rummy to tie the Shoe Lace. Then Rummy joins the drill.
On finding him / Rummy late Gunny asks him to do the extra rounds.
Gunny tries to begin the drill but he is distracted by Vidya's Smile. Gunny moves over to her and asks if she wished to say something.
Vidya broaches the Valentine's Day and asks him as to what are his plans, Gunny says Drill and Exercises.
He continues his class even as Rummy joins. Gunny lectures them on getting friendlier with the nature and asks them to go on a jungle trip and come back on their own and as a team. Rummy exchanges places to get closer to Purvi.
Akrithi makes a face. They leave on that trek.
Abhimanyu catches up with Gunny to take Gunny away to show some thing interesting.
On to the jungle, Markhand and Peter, Rummy and Purvi , Vidya and Akrithi are in batches of two.
The Cadets have their own differences and misunderstandings.
Markhand is on to pray for his deity to help him, and Peter depends on his modern day gadgets.
Rummy flirts with Purvi with few personal question like if she had boyfriend, celebrated Valentine's day etc. Purvi Gets irritated and moves away.
Vidya is her usual talkative self while Akrithi is in her sarcastic and bad tempered self.
Major Vaibhavi in a red saree - - not in uniform - - is listening to music, on Peter's wireless set. Out side, Gunny and Abhimanyu are in their excited self and later move away, even as the Major picks up the cordless.
Some where in the jungle Markhand tells Peter about the directions using the Sun, from the point where the sun is at that moment in time. Peter uses lot of things including a compass and tries to explain but is wasted on Markhand.
And Markhand wants to learn More about Valentine's Day.
Purvi gets angry with Rummy for hurting her while flirting, she moves forward and further from Rummy.
Vidya and Akrithi are moving with Vidya happily talking and is light hearted.
At some point Akrithi tells about her hard work and the amount of effort she had put in to get into the K M A, And that what does Vidya know about the Value of the uniform they are wearing, except that to trudge behind Akrithi, who is working hard to clear the path.
This really gets Vidya very angry and Says that what does Akrithi know about the real Vidya and her hard work to get in to the K M A. Akrithi only talks about herself and not about the others. Some where along the whole sequence of the conversation is in Mute.
At some point Vidya says Akrithi is ill tempered.
Episode Ends on the shocked face of Akrithi.
