Avni as a character is flawed, she had a horrible childhood, truck load of past baggage and mental trauma & low self esteem to justify her actions. So as rightly said by you even though irrational, she is accepted cause she is flawed. Neil for me has always been someone I admire as a male lead, first one for me on ITV. That's the reason, I am more disappointed seeing him getting butchered for TRP sake.

I think for most of us dts d case.More.inclined to Neil dan Avni.
