Hello everyone 😳..
I stopped making posts here as I was on a vacation and just came back this week .. I was going through this forum and found out about Trps and also caught up on all the missing episodes .. So here is my view on falling trps , ongoing track and what CVs need to do to increase the trps during this IPL period 😃 ..
About falling Trps :
I feel there is nothing to panic here as its part and parcel of all shows .. I dont want to compare any shows but whenever a new show launches with huge hype , it gets good trps in the opening week always as everyone watch it out of curiosity .. Colors shows like Balika Vadhu , Madhubala , Shakti etc all opened with good trps in its first week as everyone watches thanks to all the hype created . But its real test starts from 2nd week when all these shows I mentioned saw a huge decline in its trps from 2nd week onwards as the real test of viewership building starts from its 2nd week when viewers dont watch just out of curiosity but out of their liking .. So from 2nd week the viewership of any show starts and thats why its natural to see a dip in trps .. Bepannah too followed the same path here with trps declining in 2nd week , very common trend ..
Now Trps for next 2 months will b fluctuating , sometimes it will b low and sometimes it will see slight rise , thats because we r yet to build a stable viewership for the show and it will continue like this based on weekly episodes quality till some big highpoint comes like say either Yash-Pooja affair truth coming out or mayb AdiYa marriage climax when Trps will finally see a huge jump again and only after that we will get exact idea of Bepannah's stable viewership as trps will finally get stable after that high point 😃 .. So till that high point comes , trps will b on lower side and will keep fluctuating but after the high point trps will see a rise and will get stable .. Like in Shakti , trps saw huge rise and stability after the high point of Saumya's kinner truth & HaYa marriage happened which was its main concept , In Ishq mein marjawan trps saw a huge rise and stability after Arohi was jailed and she returned back post leap to take her revenge from Tara-Deep which was its main concept , same way Bepannah will see trp rise and stability once Yash-Pooja afffair truth comes out or mayb we see AdiYa marriage due to some twist ..
Many might say we dont want AdiYa marraige soon , let this b different , but practically if u want high trps , then nothing is better than a marriage or else just make peace with the current trps because its a Colors channel trend that every show witnesses a upward trend only after leads marriage ..I want my show to hv good trps , so for the sake of trps if CVs do bring any such marriage twist , I will b fine with it 😳 ..
Another doubt is why always instagram trps r lesser than barc trps .. Its because insta trps r what the channel considers and they r always 0.2 or 0.3 lesser than barc .. Advertisers consider barc ones though .. If barc trp is above 2 then channel reduces 0.3 from the calculation like for eg when trp was 2.7 , channel gave it 2.4 .. When barc trp is below 2 and above 1.5 , then channel reduces 0.2 from the calculation like for eg when trp was 1.8 , channel gave it 1.6 . and if barc trp is below 1.5 mark , then channel dont reduce anything and so then both trps will match .. So whenever we see channel trps r out on insta , just add 0.2 or 0.3 to it to know the barc trps .. simple 😳
Overall I m fine with current trps because it helps us to know our current stable viewership and how much will it increase in the coming epis when we will hv our show's highpoint .. So we hv to b patience for few weeks and wait for that high point to see a rise in trps ,..
About On-going track & what CVs can do to increase the Trps :
Though I m enjoying all the AdiYa moments in this marriage event especially the way Zoya too have started showing her angry avatar to Adi 😉 or the way Adi keeps becoming Zoya's saviour without letting her know about it 😳 , but I wish the premise for these AdiYa moments was different and not this cliched marriage only 🤔 ; We might hv fetched instant high trps in 2nd week too if the premise was somewhere in Massoorie where mayb AdiYa go together to find the truth of Yash-Pooja affair and we could then get some moments in Massoorie itself with its beautiful outdoor background 😳 ; This way Suspence factor would hv kept trp viewers on the edge of the seat and at the same time we would hv got our AdiYa outdoor moments too, similar moments only that we r seeing in this marriage track ..Both might hv been forced to stay in same hotel room too , something like that if it was an outdoor track 😛 ..
But anyways what has not happened , no point in thinking about that .. Coming to the on-going track , I liked the last episode where both things were shown in parallel with Arjun reading Pooja's diary one side and Zoya finding out about Yash-Pooja meeting from Yash's friend other side 👍🏼 ; While Arjun was reading the diary its clear that Pooja missed that passionate relationship in her marriage as Adi always saw her like a friend only and so she felt attracted towards Yash after she meets him in that poetry place .. But we still dunno if there was anything from Yash's side or was it just a one sided attraction from Pooja's side only 🤔 ; I guess CVs left it midway deliberately to see public response on this matter before they decide the climax of this Yash-Pooja affair 😆 ; I get a feeling CVs r not yet sure whether to show Zoya's trust in Yash win or loose here and thats why Yash is still being painted white in most of the flashbacks unlike Pooja who is already painted grey in last flashback 🤔 ;
Also I read about that Arjun news which is quite shocking 😲 ; If Pooja really had an affair with Arjun , then it will make her look really fickle minded and perverted who first cheats on her husband , then feels attracted towards Yash and then goes onto sleep with her husband's brother , hein ?? 😕 ; I wonder if they will show Pooja so perverted just to whitewash Yash ?? 🤔 ; Poor Arjun becomes scapegoat in this case 😆😆 ; So I hope this is not the case because I dont want CVs to butcher such a sweet character like Arjun 😭 ; But again why is Arjun so eager to read Pooja's diary first and also in that little flashback when both brothers were watching football match and Adi refused to go with Pooja for her poetry sessions , I felt Arjun gave a very uneasy reaction as if he felt bad for Pooja for not getting that husband's attention , so really dunno what CVs r upto 😕 ; Will they show Arjun had secret crush on Pooja and Pooja had secret crush on Yash but poor little Yash was plain innocent thus Zoya's trust winning and poor Adi is left picking up such twisted broken pieces of his life alone ; I really hope thats not the case and instead of making it so complicated , just show Yash-Pooja hving an affair which Zoya finds out and breaks down completely and then Aditya can console her as he went through this heartbreak already ; This can fetch more trps than the twisted theory of Yash innocent and Arjun-Pooja hving affair ..
Another point which I hope CVs rectify is stop showing Zoya blindly believe Mahi when she knows well Mahi is not trustwrothy , so why sudden blind trust on Mahi .. I m not saying Zoya should trust Adi right now but for god sake let Zoya hv a mind of her own to make decisions 😡 ..If she can hv a mind of her own in not believing Yash can hv an affair till she gets some proof , then why cant she use this same brain when it comes to seeing who is telling truth and who is lieing in this whole marriage event 😕 ..Gone r those days when trp viewers used to like crybaby female leads , these days trp viewers too prefer kickass female leads who can give back to the vamps , so I hope just like how she keeps giving back to Adi from time to time , same way she learns to give back to Mahi too when needed ..
I really loved the angry bold Zoya when she grabbed Adi's hand to give him a reality chk and it was really funny the way Aditya was amused at her obsession for urdu words as he hardly understood anything and felt she was reciting shayaris in anger 😆 while she kept on and on throwing Urdu words on him in anger 😆 , we need more such light hearted moments in the show to highlight the chemistry of AdiYa instead of wasting screenspace on Yash-Zoya or Aditya-Pooja flashbacks which r becoming repitative now especially those Yash-Zoya boring flashbacks 🥱 ; I feel most viewers r changing channel during those boring flashbacks as they r acting like roadblocks in the show which too is affecting the trps because trps rise or fall also depends on how long u watch the show without changing channel in between breaks .. So its better that during IPL at least these flashbacks stop and instead focus on more AdiYa nok-jhoks 😳
Also I loved the caring side of Aditya when he rushes towards Zoya who became unconscious in rain ; Way he hold her hand so tightly and then carry her in his arms all the way to hospital and even in hospital he dint leave her hand till she is taken to OT , sort of indicates that he will hold her hand for lifetime 😳 ; I m glad that finally CVs r showing various shades of Aditya and not just his angry mad side 😆 ; We can see that there is a soft caring human hidden inside his tough exterior who could not sleep at night after knowing that Zoya dint return home ; He was restless till he found her and even after that he kept helping her throughout this marriage event in fixing all the problems though he claims that he came here to destroy her 😆 ; So Zoya is right in her observation that he may look tough and negative from outside , but he is good at heart with a caring nature something that he cannot hide always 😳 ; But CVs sometimes do a blunder here too by showing time and again Aditya manhadling Zoya followed by Zoya finally slapping him as per promo ; Pls dont turn Aditya into those typical mills and boons heroes who manhandle the heroine for no specific reason and its shown in the name of passionate love , such things mayb liked online but trp viewers dont really enjoy it .. Let Aditya show his anger with words and not always with actions especially this physical manhandling should b strict no as it goes against his basic caring nature which we already saw in above mentioned scenes ; Its fine if he pins her against the wall in anger but it should not go beyond that ..
Whatever I said above r just my views on last 9-10 episodes and everyone is free to agree or disagree with it 😃.. I feel this show has huge potential to become no.1 show on Colors if CVs show some subtle moments and fun nok-jhoks between AdiYa and also reduce those overdose of flashback scenes at least till IPL is on 🤔 .. Also bring some high point in the show soon which can help in good jump in trps thereby stabilising the numbers ..
