Secret Societies

Chapter 3

Mumbai, India

Every special agents of RAW were briefed about their missions except for Zoya, Yash, Pooja, and a young agent.

These four agents were called by a senior Raw officials who was in charge of RAW operations in the states of Western part of India like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Himachal, Hariyana, Goa.

" Yash tumhe pata hein hume ye high officials kyun alag se bulaya. " Zoya asked Yash.

" Mujhe nahi pata Zoya, ummed karta hu kutch bada mission hoga. Pichle kutch case mere liye asan tha. Mujhe tough case handle karne mein zyda maza atte hein." Yash replied.

" Yash tum bahut arrogant ho gaya ho. Ye acchi baat nahi. Tum jante ho hum jaise spy ke zindegi mein ek choti si galti bhi hamare liye khatarnak ho sakta hein." Pooja warned him.

" Rehene de Pooja, zindegi mein agar risk nahi liya to kya liya. Kabhi kabhi hume out of box thinking karne chaiye aapna mission complete karne ke liye. Tum kya keheto ho Zoya?" Yash asked about Zoya's opinion.

" Mujhe tum dono ki jhagre mein nahi parni." Zoya refused to take a side in the argument between Yash and Pooja.

"Kya Zoya tum kab se moderate hero ban gayi, politics mein jane ki irada hein kiya." Yash teased Zoya.

" Tum apni bakwas apni pass rakho Yash, Politics mein meri koi interest nahi hein, meri interest sirf meri mission ke liye." Zoya told him.

" Sahi ka Zoya, Yash tum aab tumhara bakwas band karo, warna boss se tumhare ware mein nalish kar dun gi." Pooja also warned Yash.

" Wo to ye baat hein mere khilaf tum dono ne alliance khada kar rahi ho, thick hein koi baat nahi ye Yash Arora kisi se nahi darta. Agar tum log... Yash ranting was interrupted by a signal from an officier who was indicating them to enter the office.

Soon Yash, Pooja, Zoya, and the young agent entered into the office.

"Take sit agents, we have a long duscussion ahead of us." The senior Raw officials ordered them.

Washington D.C., USA.

"Victoria we have to leave now, chief has called us." Adi told Victoria.

" May be chief gets some new information about the case and want to share those informations with us." Victoria expressed her optimism.

"I don't think so, I know the chief for last three years, he usually does not add anything valuable. He puts his personal political ideology into the work.

He wants to brag to other officials how racially diverse his agents. In past, he tried to introduce me as the first Indian American FBI agent who topped the FBI entrance test. Though after my strong protest he is no longer try to introduce me that way to other high officials. "Adi commented on his boss.

Soon they reached into their boss's office and they saw two other young people were also present there. Adi noticed that, those two people did not have FBI badges.

Adi realized that, these two people must be come from other government agencies.

"Hello, Special agent Hooda, and Special agent Lopez. First, let me introduce you with our guests. Here the young man, he is Charles Fletcher he comes from CIA and the young woman is Mary Harkin, she comes from NSA. "The chief introduced them.

Adi was little surprised to see the agents from CIA, and NSA. He realized that murder of Lalit Tyagi was more serious case than he thought and somehow it involved national security.

"A pleasure to meet both of you." Adi greeted those two agents.

"Ladies and Gentleman, today we all gathered to discuss a murder case that has significance into our national security. As we, all know second secretary of Indian Embassy Mr. Lalit Tyagi was murdered today in early morning in the street of Washington D.C. Several questions have risen by the way he was murdered and actions of some foreign agents after that.

Now, Agent Hooda please tells us about latest progress of this case. After that I have some information to share all of with you." Chief instructed Adi.

"Sir, as I told you in my initial report, we first recognized the death of Mr. Tyagi by observing few things.

1. The shape of his cut. It is clear that, Mr. Tyagi was killed by a single cut at his upper belly region. The shape of that cut which was very calculated and perfect was an indication that it was a work of a professional killer. The forensic report has also confirmed my earlier assumption.

The killer tried to confuse us by leaving more random cuts in the body of the victim. I suspect that, the killer wanted to deceive us into thinking that was a random mugging.

2. The symbol of , which was found four trees around the dead body of victim. The symbol was drawn such a way that normal people would not recognize it at their first glance. The symbol of "" was freshly drawn on those trees.

After seeing those symbols, we are starting to suspect that this is a work of a secret society. In past few hours, we have researched on that clue and we have found that in last 20 years in six murder cases such symbol was found around the tree.

20 years ago In Atlanta, Georgia, A middle aged man named Peter Brown was murdered. At first glance, his murder was looked like a random mugging, but later the Police recognize the "" symbol on the trees, which wear near the victim's body. Therefore, the police department had concluded that, something fishy happened there.

19 years ago in Northern India, An Indian couple named Wasim Siddiqui and Sanjeeda Siddiqui was found dead in the street of a small town and again the symbol of was found on the trees around the dead bodies.

14 Years ago, this time in Northern Libya, an renowned Arab Archeologist Jaffer bin Sayem was found dead on the street and again the symbol of " " was found, it was reported that a diary of that Archeologist was missing when police rescue his dead body.

Nine years ago this time in Rome, Italia, A middle ranked Italian government official Masarno Ronchi was found dead on the street of Rome and again the symbol of " " was found. Italian police still today did not find about the killers.

The fifth incident happened in Glasgow, UK. In this Scottish Capital a rising female MSP ( Member of Scottish Parliament) Erica Patterson was found dead and the symbol of " " was found on the trees around her dead bodies.

The Uk, Scottish government told the press that it was done by a banned far right group as that group was threatened the MSP Previously.

But when they discovered the symbol, they realized the culprit might be someone else.

Sir, we are also trying to find a link between Mr. Lalit Tyagi and Mr. Wasim Siddiqui and Mrs. Sanjeeda Siddiqui. I think we have find a clue, we have learned that Mr. Lalit Tyagi went to the same university where Mr. Wasim and Mrs. Sanjeeda Siddiqui completed their graduation.

Mr. Tyagi was one year younger than Mr. Siddiqui was and they studied in different departments but I think we cannot eliminate the possibility that, Mr. Lalit Tyagi might know Mr. and Mrs. Siddiqui.

Now, after establishing a link between our Indian victims, I think we should now try to find if there was a link between our Indian victims and other victims." Adi brief them about his findings.

"Really good job Agent Hooda, I like that, you have already done your homework to understand this case.

Gentleman as Agent Hooda just informed us about the pattern of those killings in last 20 years, we can assume that, an international secret society is behind those all murder.

Regretfully we still don't know about the motives behind those killings and we still don't know the name of that killer secret society and why they left the symbol of "" on four tress around the dead bodies of the victims.

On the other hand, the behavior of Indian embassy after the killing of Mr. Tyagi was little unusual. They were telling us that, they would give reactions after taking with high officials of Indian government.

I have received news that, Indian Spy agency RAW recently got interested in the 20 years old murder case of Peter Brown. I think they were also suspecting the role of an international secret society. My sources is telling me that RAW agents who were operating around Atlanta and Washington D.C. have left those place after the killing of Mr. Tyagi. I have contracted with CIA and NSA and they tell me the CIA and NSA agents which are deployed in India was telling them RAW officials conducted emergency meetings after the shocking murder of Mr. Tyagi.

I have been contacted by Indian embassy few minutes ago and they are proposing a joint cooperation with us in investigating the whole case." Chief told them.

"So, when the Indians are coming sir? " Victoria asked.

"No, Agent Lopez Indian agents are not coming to USA. We will first send a team to India to investigate the whole thing. Agent Hooda you told us there was a link between Mr. Tyagi and Mr. and Mrs. Siddiqui, it is an important clue. Agent Hooda I want you, agent Lopez, agent Fletcher, and agent Harkin to go India and investigate this clue there. In India, you will also meet with the team of Indian agents who will work with in solving this case. "Chief told Adi.

"Sir, is it necessary for me to go India? " Adi asked his boss.

"Yes, agent Hooda, your presence is necessary. You are the FBI agent who is investigating this case, so I think you will be able to explain things better to Indian officials.

Besides that, I know you forbid me to call you as Indian American but I think you will be able to blend in local population in North India, which might become a necessity to investigate the case. Yes, Indian agents will work with us. But, sometimes we have to investigate something separately and therefore we need you in India, Aditya." Chief told him.

Adi knew that, after hearing that logic he could not refuse to go India. Besides that, he thought as professional FBI agents he could not walk away from his professional duty.

"Sir, do you think Indians have any new clues regarding this case? " Agent Harkin asked chief.

"Yes, I think they have new clues which can help us in solving this case, anymore suggestion.Chief asked them.

"Sir, I think we should take at least one Italian, one British, one French, and one German agent with us. As it is an international secret society, we need the co -operations from our western allies. "Victoria suggested.

"You have made a very good point Agent Lopez; we need our allies with us to solve this case. Ok, I will talk with our European allies and I will make sure that, they also send at least one agent from their countries." Chief told them.

"Sir, when we all leave for India?" Agent Fletcher asked chief.

"After two days." Chief told them.
