I have huge admiration for Jennifer Winget and have always looked her as an incredibly talented actor a wonderful person and extremely pretty creature in any given day and way!
Off late I have been watching only Yeh Rishta kya kahlata hai as that is the only show that I like and am watching it since its inception. My tolerance is very low for other saas bahu dramas and draggy shows so even in my wildest dream,s I cant imagine myself watching negative shows like Kumkum Bhagya, Naamkaran (Loved it though till Reema ji's demise and till baby avni was there) Simar, or any other show on Indian telly they all are same to me and I have zero tolerance for them all!
But once i accidentally heard Bepannah Bepannah sound on some promo and wanted to find if its some movie or new song but ended up finding that is coming soon show of Jennifer,
I had high hoped as I love Jennifer and thought it wud be different. Loving it so far. I find the show very intense specially when Zoya is onscreen! She makes everything intense and passionate and that background score is just so captivating though I did not like the lyrics that much but the tune and music is sooo spell bounding with those two words Bepannah..Bepaanh. I am a music lover and waiting for the same big music version of the song with changed lyrics strongly penned down in the fashion of Woh Humsafar tha...by Quratulain baloch. Which I think remains unparalleled in the history of music on television.
I think I am loving the chemistry between leads the same way as I loved Kashish and Sujal in Kahin Toh hoga! I did not watch Behayd but I know it well that Jenni rocked it like anything i cud not watch it as I get disturbed watching psycho thrillers.
After Hina quit Yeh rishta...I was waiting for her come back show on Colors but Jennifer Winget's Bepannnaah made me forget that I was waiting for Hina show.
I am happy that now I have two shows to watch on tv Yeh Rishta and Bepannaah! Kulfi can be a good show but I chose not to watch it as I know the story. I hope Colors launches one more show having Hina khan as the lead or Ankita Lohkande.
By the way do you guys have any idea if its a fact that Bepannah is based on Mere Raqeeb (Pak show) and Hollywood movie Random hearts?? Has anybody watched mere raqeeb?
I think I am gonna watch mere raqeeb on you tube as it had only 19 episodes. I am a huge fan of Pakistani telly shows. They are so passionately intense, gripping, well scripted, meaningful positive and short.
