KBR has many loop holes and at times the show has been tedious to watch, especially the blind devotion that the creatives have for the character of Namrata. But in a way, this has been one of the better shows that has been shown in Indian television. The makers have pretty much told their story without resorting to extreme drama or emotion and without offending anyone.
Yes, Gauri is shown as the ultra devoted village belle against the ultra soo th rich girl Namrata. But Gauri's belief has been her strength, and she never forced her belief on anyone. She tried to convince Rahul but in the end she has decided that they both should try to reach the destination through their own paths.
The show has a mix of characters who are willing to explore the unexplained and very religion accepts that not all miracles are miracles while even rational scientists like Einstien has accreted that not everything can be explained through logic and Science and reasoning,
Ultimately it is your belief that determines your path. Gauri believes in God and used that as her guide, Rahul is an atheist and you can't say ge is wrong because a lot of the happenings do have a rational explanation.
Dr Srivastava is somewhere in the middle of all this.
While I wluldnt call thus a show with strong female characters, it is still much better than other so called experimental revolutionary shows the female lead walked away rather than be manipulated and it will be gratifying to see Rahil return to Gauri in her own terms
