I thought after Adi's refusal to her offer, Mahi might start to resent Adi. But, it seemed like Mahi was getting charmed after seeing Adi's intelligence. I think one thing Mahi mostly respect is cunningness in a person.
The way Mahi was smiling and admiring Adi after celebrity couple matter, it seemed like our Mahi was becoming a fan girl of Adi. I think in Adi Mahi felt like she found the ideal man.
But, her happiness turned bitterness after seeing Adi's performance and she completely lost it when she saw Zo was near of Adi during dance. You can see how Mahi's attitude changed after that.
She took photo of them together as she somehow want to take revenge for Zo getting closer of Adi.
After that, the way she demanded answer from Adi it seemed like, Mahi was behaving like a girlfriend.
Mahi was definitely jealous.
