Is that the guy with Alia, the one who played Aamir's Elder Bro inGhulam ?? Dont remeber his name but he also played Arjun Kapoor's dad in Ki n Ka

Opening doesn't matter. It's Times Group's movie. All the Times Group sister concerns and friendly media-outlets will keep saying the movie is showing growth due to great WOM and at the end of the year most of their own award Filmfare would go to Alia and others in this film.
