It's a trend in many singing reality show that when there's a singer from Punjab s/he usually wins.
It seems like Punjab votes dil kholke!!

Going by that logic, Rohanpreet will win. He's also consistently getting high scores

Punjabis are rich, are regionalist like tamil nadu. They are consumerists too and reality shows no matter what genre they belong to get maximum trps and votes from punjab. The exact reason bannet won last year despite being the worst singer among the lot

Shooting takes place in.bombay but.Maharashtrians are not so into reality stuff, the reason ameya got less votes despite being one of the best singers

last seasons winner disappointed me maithili was way better than the winner

Punjabis do not vote on the basis of region/religion.

In S1 Raghav had disclosed that Ankita Kundu (Bengaluru)

used to get highest number of votes from Ludhiana (Punjab).

Punjabi songs are in trend these days.

Non-Punjabi speakers find Punjabi language cool

and they prefer Punjabi songs .

For e.g even a below avg

song gets milliibs of views

aur hit song ka estimate to lga hi sakte ho.
