in 2015 a scandal came out in child po*nography in this same city and it was covered up with excuse that it was some sort of politics and issue was about accusations.

There is something more sinister behind this.

Maybe influential people were patronizing this racket.

From what i know, when a person is accused of multiple crimes at the same time each crime gets a punishment each befitting the extent of the crime. And here 4 of the crimes he is accused of has each derived a death sentence. It doesn't mean a man could be killed 4 times.. which isn't practical so it's more of a legal term.
It's more clear in a case where for 4 crimes for each of them someone getting 15 yr prison sentences each. In that case he will serve 60 years..
