I saw in some OLV Avni showing a letter to Neil maybe it's that threatening letter she got. So she must've already told that Mitali is helping her find out more about it. That means Neil would know Mitali knows Avni is alive when she proposes to him, so he'll definitely start to doubt her.

Hope it's like that only. He's mad that everyone knew so it must be about Mitali too.

Yea it was her phone saw on Insta before so couldn't remember clearly
