Simmi thinks Ishita deliberately pushed Ananya as she was angry with Simmi if I remember correctly over Nikhil Ruhi support. We all know Pihu did it accidentally. I hope they lock her up for life but at the very least remember Ananya and try to say sorry to the people Simmi hurt and tell all the truth to Santoshi. Ishita also got a funding in Ananya name. I can't remember exactly why Simmi wanted to ruin Ruhi life though. Just seen it was Param idea that made Simmi gullible lol. In a way Param and Simmi are responsible for Pihu killing Ananya. Also Santoshi was responsible for Pihu killing Ananya as well so the 3 negative characters in the last 5 months in Simmi Param and Santoshi are the reason for Bhalla destruction.

I think Simmi would have wanted Pihu punished for the crime but not take it further. It is the deliberate part of Ishita getting angry and pushing Ananya that made her go mad. Ishita didn't have to lie this big and could have said it was an accident. 'They all get shocked. Pihu says let me call Papa, Ishita and Simmi are fighting. Ananya says no, he will scold my mumma.' Simmi was the reason for her daughters death in reality.

Simmi and Ishita before were like Shagun and Ishita now a few months before the Pihu killing Ananya incident if I remember correctly.
