Sameer's Past

Was Sameer always with Nanu after his father died? Did he just move to Amdabad? What school did he attend before Naina school? Reason I am asking because Vishaka other kids seem close to her to be her step kids. If they are her kids then they seem old enough to have lived with Sameer. How come this is the first time Dipika met her eldest step/half brother?

I think Sameer was in boarding school before, though not sure.

Sameer has studied in Nanital in a Convent b4 he moved to Pragathi Vidya Mandir..N yes he has always been wit Nanu,as per Nanus converstaions b4 he passed away..Sameer was aware of Somanis Bachon but Deepika isnt aware of him..Mayb he never visited Delhi and neither of them ever spoke abt Sameer to deepika (coz shes small )..But Vishaka mentioned tat Rohan n Sameer met once..I think tat was whn vishaka got married again..Rohan is Somanis n his 1st wifes son..Sameer didnt like vishaka gettin married again tats the reason he hates rohan..He thinks Rohan has taken her away from him..During the head boy track,sameer tells Somani "aapke BACHON sey umeed rakna main apka beta nahin hoon.."..So sameer was always aware of deepika,and so does Rohan ..but mayb Rohan has never met Sameer aft they grew up..Tats the reason why Rohan wasnt very surprised whn Vishaka mentioned abt Sameer bhai to him,because he knew of Sameer.

It was either hostels n @ Nanus for Sameer..Delhi has never been his home

EVen I think Rohan and Sameer met when their respective parents married but after that they have not seen each other... though Sameer has heard a lot of praises for Rohan from his mother... but looks like Sameer was never mentioned in the Somani house, so naturally even Roahn doesn't remember him. And Vishaka had to tell him that he has met Sameer once.

Yeah,tats how it has been ..I think coz of Dadi n Somani Vishaka has kept her distance from Sameer putin him up in hostels n now that distance is beyond repair

n thanks to u ,apne hii woh head boy wala conversation mujhe yaad dilaya ..between somani n sameer..isiliye i understood tat Sameer knew abt Deepika earlier :)

I feel really bad that Sameer had to hear so many lectures about Rohan, and Rohan has no clue about Sameer's life at all. I guess by the time Deepika arrived, Sameer wasn't an important topic of discussion at all. I wonder if they even spoke about Nanu, because it seems like these kids have no clue about their mom/step-mom's life (I get that Rohan isn't related but how come Deepika doesn't know anything). Sameer has lived his life out with Nanu, since he said that ever since Vishakha moved he had become Sameer's parents and Sameer used to call him "mummy" when he was young...how sad is it that his mother is still alive and he still gave that term to someone else...in any case, I think Somanis are not of importance to him. Somehow I feel that if his relationship with his mother ever improves, it might not be before he actually gets married to Naina...
