Raman went out saying sorry while ishita looked away.
Ishita, -bada aaya chai maangne wala, yeh restaurent hai kya, arey jitna paisa doge utna hi comfort milega. Mujhe ab kisi ke liye achcha nahi karna hai. Ek baar, kisi ka bhala kar chuki hoon aur uska result bhi mil gaya mujhe, now I don't want to help anyone, naa koi favour aur naa hi koi charity. Naa main kisi ko kuch dungi aur naa hi mujhe kisi se kuch chahiye. I just don't want anyone near me. She said and went to her room leaving her breakfast in between.
On the other hand, Raman was driving his car and thinking -woh Itni rude kyun hai, arey nahi dena u can deny it politely too. Aise kaise bola usne, yeh toh socha hota ki mujhe kitna bura lagega. But yeh ishita, sach mein bahut ajeeb hai, yesterday she was so desperate to keep me in her house and today she was so rude. Kuch problem mein toh nahi hai. He was thinking when his stomach growled.
Raman -ishita ka toh pata nahi but u r definitely in problem. Bhookh lagi hai raman, have something. Ek kaam karta hoon site par chal kar kuch order karte hoon. He thought and continued driving.
On the other hand, ishita was laying on the bed and tossing here and there uncomfortably. Though she denied Raman but wasn't feeling good as she never refused anyone for anything. And today she denied for just a cup of tea that to so rudely.
She wasn't at peace and finally got up saying -u did very wrong ishita, tere saath joh bhi hua woh tere apne ne kiya. Tune galat insaan par bharosha kiya but iska matlab yeh nahi that u will behave such rudely with others. Aaj tere ghar mein grocery hai toh sirf raman ki wajah se, warna uss shopkeeper ne toh Ek paise ki udhar dene se mana kar diya tha. Aur karta bhi kyun nahi aakhir uska teen mahine ka bill joh nahi chukaya tha maine. But yesterday u could pay him just because Raman gave u money in advance. Usne unknowningly teri kitni badi madad kar di aur u hurt him knowingly. U did very wrong with him ishita, aisa nahi karna chahiye tha. He don't deserve that, I should apologise to him. Aisa karti hoon uske liye lunch bana deti hoon. But kya banaun, mujhe toh uski pasand hi nahi pata. Let it keep simple, dal, rice, curry and chapati. Haan yahin thik rahega, let make something for him. She thought and went to make food for themselves.
On the other hand, Raman reached his site and order for tea and some breakfast. After half an hour, he got tea with fritters dipped in oil. Raman smelled them and left seeing the bad oil used in it. He had his tea and started his work. His mother called him in between but he couldn't talk to her due to his work.
Soon it was afternoon, ishita was waiting for him for lunch but he was nowhere. She thought to call him but didn't have his number. She checked into his docs but couldn't find his number. She smacked herself for her foolishness.
On the other hand, Raman was feeling hungry but the food from the nearby restaurant was just too bad that he couldn't even had a bite. He went to work without having anything and was badly missing his mother's food. He thought to call her but stopped thinking she will come to him if she get to know that he don't have anything to eat. Thinking so he didn't called his mother and went to work. On the other hand, ishita had her food after waiting for him for long.
In the evening raman reached home all exhausted and slept without changing his clothes. He slept for two hours and finally it was eight in night. Raman was thinking to go out and search for some restaurant and have food, and then look for a maid when his phone rang again. He look and saw it was his mother's phone. He didn't picked the phone but start wearing his shoes.
But his phone was ringing constantly. So he picked the phone and said -kya maa, kyun pareshan kar rahi ho. I am busy.
Toshiji -toh chilla kyun raha hai puttar, Maine toh bas itna puchne ke liye phone kiya tha ki tune khana khaya.
Raman -agar maa ko sach bata diya, toh woh yahin chali aayengi. He thought and said -haan maa kha liya, infact jarurat se jyada kha liya. Ab sone jaa raha hoon. Good night maa.
Toshiji -abhi, abhi toh aath hi nahi hai.
Raman -so what, I am tired. OK bye maa, kal baat karte hai, I am very tired. He said and hung the call before toshiji can say anything.
Raman -maa ko toh jhooth bol diya but sach mein bhookh lagi hai. Uff kya khaun, yeh jagah bhi itni bakwaas hai ki kahin dhang ka khana nahi milta . Hey matarani kuch toh bhookhe ko khila do. I am really hungry,subah se kuch thik se nahi khaaya. Iss aashiqui ke chakker mein lene ke dene pad jaa rahe hai. Chal raman chal kar kuch dhoondh le khaane ko warna teri aaj arthi uthni fixed hai, He said tying his shoe laces, when he heard a knock on the door.
At first he ignored it thinking he is assuming it but when it knocked again he went and opened it only to see ishita standing there.
Ishita -main khane ke liye bulane aayi hoon. She said while he thought he is dreaming about her so he said -jao yaar, bhookh lagi hai mat pareshan karo. Kuch puchti toh nahi real mein, sapne mein aa kar tempt karti hai. Yaar sapne mein aise karogi toh main kaise jeeunga, maa I am missing u. He was talking to himself while ishita made a confused face hearing his murmuring.
Ishita didn't understand what he is telling, so she said aloud-raman, main khana khane ke liye bulane aayi hoon. She said making Raman look at her. He rubbed his eyes and said -tum sach mein aayi ho yaa meri imagination hai.
Ishita -aap mujhe kyun imagine kar rahe hai??
Raman composed hearing himsepf and said -woh I mean to ask, sach mein Aap khane ke liye bulane aayi hai yaa meri imagination hai. Actually the way u denied in the morning, he was saying to which she said -yes, I was very rude in the morning. Uske liye sorry kehne ke liye hi aapke liye khana banaya hai, aa kar kha lijiye aur mujhe maaf kar dijiye . She said and went down while Raman got happy and said looking at the sky -sach kaha hai kisi ne, bhagwaan ke paas der hai andher nahi. Thank u matarani. Khana toh mila, ab bas khana tasty ho. He said and went downstairs.
Ishita served him curry, chapati and rice and said -khao.
Raman started eating and closed his eyes feeling heavenly eating something really good after being hungry all day. He start eating while ishita was just sitting next to him.
Ishita -thik bana hai khana??
Raman look at her and said -very yummy, thank u so much. U know yahan achcha khana nahi milta. Mere site ke paas ke dhaabe mein bhi itna bura khana tha, main subah se kuch nahi khaya hoon. Maa sahi kehti hai, agar subah khana naa mile toh pura din kharab ho jaata hai. Socho, main the Raman kumar bhalla, pura din bhookha raha kuch nahi khaya. Aise din bhi dekh leta hai insaan. He was saying while ishita was just looking at him listening to him.
Ishita -sahi kaha tumne, bhagwaan kabhi kabhi kaise din dikhata hai. She said and he looked at her saying -tumne kuch kaha??
Ishita -nahi, tum khao.
Raman -main toh kha raha hoon, tum bhi khao.
Ishita -main kha rahi hoon. Tum khao. Saying so she was going inside when Raman said -can I request u something??
Ishita -haan bolo.
Raman -can u please make food for me everyday, please tumhare jitna achcha khana koi nahi bana payega. Kam se kam main toh nahi. He said making ishita think.
Ishita thought for a while and was about to say something when Raman said -if u want I can pay for it. Please. He said making a puppy face.
Ishita -abhi itne bure dim nahi aaye ki kisi ko khilane ke paise loon. I will make food for u. She said smiling to which he said thank u, and continued eating. While she went inside making Raman wonder where she went in place of eating and saw her coming with a plate full of food. She sat beside him and start eating. Raman saw it was different from what he is eating.
Raman -yeh kya kha rahi ho??
Ishita -yeh, yeh dopahar mein banaya tha tumhare liye, ab tum toh aaye nahi toh bacha hai.
Raman -tum subah ka khana kha rahi ho??
Ishita -toh kya hua, it's bad to waste money. Duniya mein kitne log aise hote hai jinhe khana nahi milta how can I waste food. She said and start eating.
Raman -matlab tumne yeh khana sirf mere liye banaya hai.
Ishita nodded and said -tumhe kaise subah ka khana deti, u r not use to it.
Raman -matlab u r use to it.
Ishita look at him and nodded. She start eating without saying anything while Raman understood she is facing financial crisis.
Raman -thats why she was desperate for money yesterday. Shayad iske paas paise nahi hai and that's why she gave me room on rent. Paise nahi hai phir bhi she agreed to cook for me.infact she made food specially for u. Kitni achchi hai, pata nahi kya hua hai isme saath. I am feeling bad for her, he was thinking while she was eating without any expression.
Raman thought for a while and said -main sich raha hoon, tum grocery bhi laogi, phir cook bhi karogi. Market mere raaste mein padta hai, I will bring groceries and u can cook. Tumhara work load kam ho jayega. What say.
Ishita look at him for a while and nodded in yes. Raman felt happy that he could help her in someway and continued eating while she was also eating without saying a word.
