Reports about Shahid Kapoor being
considered for Manoj Kumar's role in the
Woh Kaun Thi remake have been rounds
since quite some time now. We told you
earlier how KriArj Entertainment has
acquired the rights for the remake of this
Manoj Kumar-Sadhna starrer. Shahid has
formed a close bond with Prernaa Arora,
one of the producers of KriAraj
Entertainment, while shooting for Batti Gul
Meter Chalu. A source had told Midday,
"Shahid has developed a great rapport with
Prernaa Arora in the course of Batti Gul
Meter Chalu shoot. After this project, he is
committed to doing two more films with the
studio. So when they bought the remake
rights of Woh Kaun Thi, he was one of the
first choices to essay Manoj Kumar's role.
While speculations over the male lead
continue, sources suggest that Aishwarya
Rai Bachchan is currently in talks to play
Sadhna's role in the remake. However, there
is no confirmation on this yet. Buzz is that
Ash is demanding a whopping amount to
play two characters in the movie since
Sadhna's character suffers from split
personality. She wants double her fee for
playing two distinct personalities on screen.
While we don't know if she is indeed taking
up the role or even considering it, we're
super excited to hear that Ash might just

woh kaun thi, isnt about split personality. Its actually double role of two sisters. Raat aur Din is about split personality
