Ishita woke up and looked around. Her eyes fell on raman who was laying on the bed next to her. She get off the bed slowly and walked to him. She sat on the bed and softly caressed his face, tears were flowing from her eyes continuously while all the happy moments she spend with him was coming infront of her eyes. She bend on him and kissed his forehead scaring that he will disappear like always but this time he didn't disappeared making her smile wholeheartedly. She start showering kisses all over his face crying bitterly.
Ishita -kyun chod kar chale gaye the Raman, kyun. I was waiting for u, madly and badly. Phir aisa kabhi mat kijiyega, please mujhe kabhi dobara iss tarah mat chodiyega. I can bear anything but not ur separation. She said crying bitterly and hugged him tight.

Ruhi, romika and Rishi along with his father reached the room and was going inside but stopped at the door seeing the scene infront of them.
Ishita was laying beside Raman in the little space and was saying -mujhe pura yakeen tha raman ki aap bilkul thik hai. Sab bol rahe the that u r no more but mera dil jaanta tha, ki aap sahi salamat hai. Warna yeh kaise ho sakta hai ki aap ko kuch ho jaaye aur aapki ishita zinda rahe. Yeh nahi ho sakta naa raman, humne saath jeene marne ki kasam khayi thi toh aap kaise apna vaada tod sakte the. I knew it well that u will be alright somewhere.mera dhadkata dil har baar sirf aapka naam leta tha. Har baar yeh kehta tha ki aap zinda ho. I tried to make everyone believe on this but no-one listen to me. Sab mujhe pagal samjhte the but sach mein toh woh paagal hai joh yeh sochte hai ki mere Raman mujhe akela chod kar jaa sakte hai. Coz I know my raman can never leave me alone ever. She said keeping her head on his chest caressing his chest slowly while every eyes turned moist seeing her unconditional love for raman.
They were looking at ishita who was talking to raman when Rishi's father felt change in Raman's heartbeat. He was surprised and he went inside in a jiffy.
He told ishita to move so that he can check Raman but she was not ready to leave Raman even for a second. So he look at romi to shift ishita a bit and he checked raman, his heartbeat and everything else while ishita was busy in talking with raman.
Rishi's father checked raman thourougly and said -ek good news hai, joh itne saal mein nahi hua, woh ab ho raha hai. Raman had responded to her touch, her talk. It's a good sign. Shayad bahut jaldi raman thik ho jaaye. He said making romika and Ruhi so happy. Ruhi hugged romika tight and said -suna aapne, papa thik ho sakte hai chachu.
Romi cupped ruhi's face and said -haan bachcha, suna humne,tumhare papa thik ho sakte hai. It's a very happy news. Main bahut khush hoon.
Ruhi broke the hug hearing this and said -aap sach mein khush ho??
Romi looked at her and said -yes bachcha, why u r asking so, tumhe kya lagta hai, mere bhai zinda hai iss baat se jyada khushi ko baat kya ho sakti hai.
Ruhi -i mean, Maine aapko papa nahi chachu bulaya. Aapko bura lagaa hoga naa.
Romi -haan thoda toh lagaa but iss khushi ke aage woh bahut choti hai. Actually u can call me chote papa. Chachu utna mazadaar nahi lagta. Aur waise bhi papa bolo yaa chote papa yaa chachu, I will always love u the same way. He said side hugging Ruhi.
Ruhi smiled and said -thank u cha, chote papa.
Mihika who was listening to them said -agar tum dono ka ho gaya toh akka aur jeeju ke baare mein baat kar le.
Romi -haan, doctor, bhabhi ko toh hosh aa gaya. Unki haalat ke baare mein kaise pata chalega.
Rishi's father -yes, ishita ji ke doctor baithe hai. Call him, he will test ishita and tell us about her exact condition.
Rishi nodded and went to call the doctor while Ruhi walked slowly towards ishra. Ruhi sat on the other side and touched Raman's cheek. It was the first time she was seeing her papa in real. Her eyes got filled and she burst into tears. She kept her head on Raman's chest and was about to say something when she felt a pull.
Ruhi turned and got shocked to see ishita. Ishita pull her apart from Raman and said pushing Ruhi -how dare u touch him, yeh mere Raman hai sirf mere. Khabardaar joh haath lagaya, haath tod dungi. She said holding Raman's hand possessively while Ruhi cried seeing her mother pushing her away from her papa. She was trying to say something but words were not coming out of her mouth. Ishita was go on pushing Ruhi when mihika came and said holding Ruhi -what r u doing, akka??
Ishita stopped seeing mihika and said -miku, dekh naa this girl is trying to hug my raman, aise koi hug karta hai kya??
Mihika smiled wholeheartedly hearing miku from ishita after long and hugged ishita tight.
Mihika kissed ishita's forehead and said -aap thik ho gaye akka, now u r all fine.
Ishita -mujhe kya hua hai, it was u all who were telling Raman is no more. Main toh hamesha se jaanta thi my raman is fine.
Mihika nodded happily and hugged ishita while she was busy in glaring Ruhi. Romi too came and said -mujhe pehchana??
Ishita -romi, kaise ho??
Romi -very happy bhabhi, finally u r fine. He said and hugged ishita while Ruhi was going out all broken when romi hold her hand and said -bhabhi, yeh, isse nahi pehchaan rahi.
Ishita nodded in no.
Romi -its Ruhi bhabhi, our Ruhi, aapki aur raman bhai ki beti Ruhi.
Ishita got shocked hearing this and her hand went to her tummy suddenly.
Ishita -meri aur raman ko beti, but she was in my tummy. She said making all shocked.
Mihika -woh purani baat hai akka, she was saying when they heard -i think that's her last memory.
Everyone turned and saw ishita's doctor standing there.
Doc -i think wahim tak ishita ji ki yaaddasht hai, unhe apni beti yaad nahi. He said making Ruhi cry.
Romi -dont worry beta everything will be fine, jaise bhabhi ko hum yaad aaye hai, Aap bhi yaad aa jaogi. He was saying while ishita was looking around trying to understand and finally fainted. Mihika was quick to hold her and she was taken to the bed.
Ishita's doc checked her and gave her an injection
Doc-let her rest, aaj ke din unke dimaag ne bahut kaam kiya hai. Hum kal se unka treatment phir se, ek naaye sire se start karenge. Hopefully she will be fine very soon. Dekhiye ab woh mentally unstable nahi rahi, bas inn saalon mein kya hua,she don't know. Slowly we will tell her everything and soon she will be all fine. He said to which all nodded. Ishita's doctor went telling them that he will come back soon while romi called the best neurosurgeon he know, for raman's treatment.
The doctor started doing various test of Raman while all were waiting.
After a while, he came out and said -see it seems that his treatment is stopped long back.
Rishi's father -yes, first I tried to make him fine but jab koi improvement nahi hui. I stopped his treatment, was just keeping him alive.
Doc -ok we have to start his treatment again. Chances kam hai but hai, we can make him fine. He said making all smile.
Doc -but kai surgery karni hogi. Bahut paise lagenge.
Romi -that u don't worry ,I will arrange for everything. Just make him fine. I want to see my bhai fine again.
Doc -ok then his treatment will start from today only, for that we have to shift him in my hospital.i have all the equipments and will treat him 24*7.
Romi -ok doc, but bhabhi bhi yahan hai. I mean his wife.
Doc -she is also in coma??
Romi -no but she is a mental patient. She loose her mental stability after knowing about his death. But as he is fine now, she is recovering.
Doc -ek kaam kijiye, dono ko mere hospital mein shift kar dijiye, dono ka treatment saath mein hi jayega. And both can stay together also. He said while romi look at Rishi's father.
Rishi's father -i don't have any issue. I know my hospital is not upto mark for a coma patient and mental patient. U can take them away.
Romi thanked him for understanding and soon Ishra were shifted to the big hospital with all the equipments and facilities. They were kept in the same room and neurosurgeons and psychiatrist started their treatment on Ishra, all set to make them fine while romika and Ruhi were just praying for their well being.
