How come he is not even able to question his parents or sister why his kids truth is hidden from him?

What I'm seeing is same selfish Raman who will use Ishita to come out of his troubles and then his abuse will resume. Neither Ishita nor us got any break from his continuous abuse. So, i can't expect him remembering her or treating her nice at all.

Yes The words "do you trust me" truly scares me .
Hopefully it's a genuinely scared Raman speaking .
Which would end with him trusting ishu in return.
As dt had spoken about mohabbatein between the leads coming back .
But kp's pics/Ivs have always come true .
The quicker this subtract gets over the better .
If at all the roles had been reversed n ishu is in raman's current position.Then no doubt about raman's reaction n trust over ishu .
