I think Mrinal is more effected as She hasn't come across some one like him ... Her dream her touch realization all say that she is more impacted 😉

Prithvi is just attracted towards her and has a soft corner as his God father has destroyed her life and made her what she is today 😊

Both are effected in different ways

Prithvi never wanted someone who flatters him or loves his looks or charm. He wanted someone whom he had conceptualised through his art and Mrinal was that girl. He was fascinated or attracted seeing her eyes.

Later he learns that she hates his father n Malwa .But he sympathises with her as his father is the reason of her current state.

As he said "even if the girl is burning in the fire of hatred, he will love her"

Right now he is not in love but he empathises with her, cares for her and wants to heal her.

Though as a king his foremost duty is solving the enemity of malwa, as a son it's his duty to help his father apologize to Mrinal, but he does have feelings for her, like we saw during the scenes he was taking care of her when she was asleep.

Mrinal on the other hand hated Malwa n Prithvi. But after meeting him, she got effected by the fact that if he wanted he could have killed her, but he chose to leave her. More than the way prithvi looks , she was effected by his thoughts, the way he spoke, the fact he understood or tried to share her pain, his poems etc (something which even Prithvi wants)

Since her life is all about revenge, she is covering this feeling with hatred. Still she can't stop her heart to dream of Prithvi. She recognized Prithvi's touch. Infact now I feel she is softening towards Dharti as well. Again it's not by his looks(looks toh he has totally changed) but by his gestures etc which reminds her of Prithvi. Let's see how she feels abt Dharti as she spends more time with him. It's the first step towards love.

I have to say mrinal

PV is affected by her as she has the eyes he has been dreaming about for a long time...and now he wants to get to know her and all

but mrinal is affected by PV more as she had that dream where she and PV were romancing...whereas in reality she tends to despise PV yet she had the dream

so i wanna say mrinal

Prithvi is the one affected consciously. Mrinal is only subconsciously affected and does not have any positive feeling towards prithvi consciously as on date. It may change when she knows darthi is prithvi.
