Parth raised his hand on that lady. I wish she will file a complaint against this creep. And I don't understand why no one is filing a bigamy case against Parth. Even if Shorvari support this whole nonsense, isn't it legally wrong. So if someone files a complaint then wouldn't Parth and Teni go to jail?

The depiction is sickening. It's absurd to see a wife protecting her counterpart, who reduced her to a status of doormat. Instead of showing Shourvari raising her voice against the settlement the aweful script demands her to be shielding the surrogate, just for the reason, she was instrumental in forcing Teni to accept the proposal to marry her husband. So in accordance to the recent progress in the story, it is expected from Shourvari to lead the rest of her life in the said guilt, as a result she will be silently and happily forsaking her rights of a wife in order to ensure the continuity of the newly formed stale and illegitimate rishta between her husband and the surrogate. Whatever is happening with Teni is all due to her own making. She is getting back what she deserves. It would have been more appropriate had Parth been subjected to similar humiliation. This man needs to be penalised for treating woman as an object and strategically befooling them through his gentleman image.
