Arjun can be supportive. But I don't think it would have any effect on his career.

The difference is that his dad ditched him. Arjun and Anshula have been on their own since their mother died and Boney had not played any part in their personal lives, let alone in their professional lives. Besides, almost all Arjun's movies have been hit or super hit. He doesn't need a director father to prove himself. And this goes for anyone in the industry, they should be able to achieve things on their own. If they can't, then they are not cut for this job.

To be honest, I really don't think Arjun or Anshula would make some super-special effort to suddenly bond with Jhanvi and Khushi. Neither would Jhanvi or Khushi (and we don't even know about their feelings towards Arjun, Anshula and the rest of the extended family.. Who knows, maybe they have also had some kind of resentment towards everyone else? ) . I personally feel Arjun and Anshula (and esp. Arjun) did what they did just out of love for their dad and not some sibling affection for Jhanvi or Khushi (though they obviously sympathized with their situation. )

I think Khushi should kill her time doing runways (Walking for some international fashion weeks will make her resume look cool). Later she can also join BW.

What kind of responsibilities do you think Arjun has towards Jhanvi and Khushi ? 😕 They have a father who has money to support them, Jhanvi has a beginnings of a career and even Khushi is modeling. This is not a poor family where the oldest son has to take over the responsibilities of the step family as well.

But they do have unique problems which normal people do not. Jhanvi for instance has to film a death scene in her movie. The original version is a tragedy. If they have not filmed already she could ask Arjun for advice as he filmed a similar scene when his mom was dying.

Arjun also unfortunately knows through experience what it is to lose a mother before a debut. He can really help Jhanvi if they both want it.

There has not been much of a relationship between the 4 of them even though they are step siblings. But Anshula and Arjun stepped up the plate when the time came. It is now up to Jhanvi and Khushi to reciprocate and create some sort of relationship. They all share blood like it or not and after their father the only family they have is each other.

These are tragic times so they are together...koi daily soap nahi chal raha hai ki the family will have a permanent emotional reunion and Arjun will suddenly take up responsibilities of his young sisters and become sole breadwinner of the family...

The girls are grown ups...they have their dad for support...

As for Arjun... "responsibilities " hone se pehle hi kaunsa uska career bada uchaiyan chhoo raha tha...

They are young but almost adults. Jhanvi Is starting a career and Khushi also doesn't seem far from debut. Also, they have their father to take care of them, both financially and emotionally. I wouldn't expect Arjun to take that responsibility on. They're not out one the streets or broke.

I think you meant it well, but it seemed strange in today's day and age that Arjun,just coz he's the man, has to take on "beheno ki zimmedari! In one more year, Khushi too would be an adult. They would all go about taking their own responsibilities, even discounting their father's presence. As for emotional support, everyone needs it...not just the sisters, even Arjun.

there are millions poor kids orphaned, they find ways to survive. I don't think some get any emotional support or counselling to deal with their losses. some are even left on the streets, go thru hardship, yet survive.

Jhanvi and Khushi have their father. they have kapoor family, they have karan johar, they are financially okay. yes, if Arjun is there for love and emotional support, its good, but I don't think Arjun's responsibility will increase and affect his career. The girls will be fine and pull through.
