It's highly doubtful if they will come out with such detailed explanations in tv shows these days especially Colors channel. Till date Shakti show never gave proper explanation of how Soumya is a Transgender, even if she is, how come her parents recognized her as a TG right from her birth... isn't that transformation which happens later and till then they'll be considered as a boy or girl and not a TG straightaway...?
Similarly this show runs due to the oblivious trp aunties who seem to consider Teni the real biological mother of Ipshita , which is why they seem to accept Pate being a couple when shorvari is alive ... With proper explanations the trps might dwindle as accepting the surrogate as Parth's wife will be impossible for the trp giving aunties.
I don't know anything about Shakti. Haven't watched even one episode. I can assume about all blunders and nonsense Rashmi Sharma serving in that show. Indian television is a joke. Content doesn't matter anymore, they all care about TRP and no of episodes. They start with a fresh story, unique concept, and after few days it's all about kitchen politics.
But there's nothing wrong to go out of comfort zone and spread awareness. They have a chance to tell TRP audience about science progress and surrogacy is like a blessing for infertile woman. I remember such attempt made by Balika Vadhu writers, there was a misconception that child marriage remain illegal and any party can walk out of marriage anytime without any divorce procedure. They made it clear that indeed child marriage has no existence if it gets nullified by parties involved in that marriage after reaching certain age and specific time, otherwise it'll become legal. It was well written and well executed track which audience accepted it as well.
They need to put little effort and give justice to entire surrogacy concept. What are they showing? Ipshita is daughter of Parth and Teni, as her parents are busy with their never ending banging session, shorvari has been appointed as nany?
At least they can show elders are sensible. They should ask three of them to live separately and then test them. Bhanushalis are nothing more than team of clowns. They all know that dilchasp rishta concept it just bullshit, it has zero survival chance. Why did they ask their laadla to bang both woman alternative month to make them realise that they are wrong? What if Teni becomes pregnant? No doubt teni-Parth are just bang holic, but one more child does not deserve to suffer. Isn't one Ipshita enough who is real victim of this dilchasp banging Rishta? Father is an asshole, mother is confused and dumb, another woman in her father's life wants to become zabardasti ki maa.
