So I happen to watch Phantom finally !

I was binge watching movies last week.. so I watched all Katrina's action movies, Since then this nagging thought is stuck in head.
I watched Phantom and Tiger Zinda Hai in same week and I thought Phantom was much better movie, it was fast and exciting and Saif was good too whereas TZH looked like the producers were just trying to cashin to the sequel. It was just not good enough for me...I think Phantom was much much better in terms of story, characters, direction and everything.
So why do you thinks that Phantom didn't work and TZH was success? Is it only coz of Salman factor or is it just plain bad of Saif?

P.S. I think Katrina should work more action movies like Lara Croft. Why isn't anyone offering her such movies? Or why doesn't she produce it herself like Anushka? And Katrina if u r checking this forum I'm telling you girl, you gotta do a Lara Croft type movie

P.P.S I'm not a Katrina fan... I'm supporter of all underdogs 😉

She is anything but an underdog. She is good friends with big bw stars and can use them for her recommendations. Also, she isn't bankable on her own without a big name. I think the reign of Kat is over.

^No she is not an underdog but I like to support people when they are down on their luck is all.
She isn't bankable now but if she has done some movies on action and dance genre couple of years ago I think it would have worked. Like in the days of MBKD or New York she was good that time and she was decent in Rajneeti too.

TZH worked mainly because of Salman, and because his fans like to see him in that avatar he was in in the movie.

Yes if you have watched TZH do you know abt that one scene where the army of the villain surround the hospital and only Salman comes out starts firing at around 15-20 guys and he doesn't get wounded! Not even a single freaking bullet! That was so far fetched lol
I like the ending in Phantom at least Saif dies in the end!
I guess people love Salman in larger than life roles 😕

😆 I would have never guessed you to be girl. My mom doesn't know Varuna Dhawans name is Varun she calls him Badri after watching Badri ki dulhania 🤣 every time he comes in TV she is like "Badri is here, he is such a good dancer and I was like who is Badri 🤔 😆
