In general, keeping huge secrets from a spouse is a relationship killer. Somewhere down the line, these things tend to build distances and cause problems. The other thing is that this issue concerns Gauri and Bhavya as well since they are part of the family and staying in the same house and hence, are bound to get affected. And one day, they will come to know the truth and will feel bad for being treated like outsiders by their husbands.
