The akash is the only element in the five elements that do not have a perishable half. It is the sky or the ether if compared to the most common thing we know around us. It is a carrier of sound energy and when you are into deep meditation you can hear the sounds of the akash. The fifth element is known as quintessence or ether. It is the intangible element that seems to hold all the others together.

Spirit represents the prime element present in all things, providing space, connection and balance for all elements to exist. It is essential to our sense of connectedness with spirit and well-being. Spirit represents the sense of joy and union, transcendence, transformation, change, everywhere and nowhere, within and without, immanence. It represents the human spirit and energy of God and the Goddess.

Akasha is a kind of super-element: the binding force between the other elements Akasha is the fifth element, the binding part that runs through all matter, and it is also the collective unconscious of life-forms. Akasha is also present within our bodies. Some say that the spark of life, that unknowable force that is called the "soul," is a bit of Akashic energy housed in the physical body .

Primarily, Akasha is unbeingness. Its energy, which extends everywhere throughout the universe, has not yet achieved form and substance. It's the primal source of energy that creates and fuels the elements. Because of this, it contains complete, balanced energy: Earth and Air and Fire and Water

Spirit, or Ether or Akasha: Akasha is the Sanskrit word for Ether/Aether, which represents the universal inner space, the material that fills the region of the universe above the terrestrial sphere. Akasha is rooted in Hindu beliefs and is actually considered the first element by the Hindu religion. The word Akasha is actually a Sanskit word "meaning aether in both its elemental and metaphysical senses" (according to Wikipedia). Akasha is also taken to mean sky, by way of Hindu and Gujarati Indian languages. Because spirit creates everything, abides in everything, and enlivens everything, it is always present. Akasha, the fifth element, is something that we all seek our entire lives, in one way or another. Even if you don't realize it, you are a part of Akasha and Akasha is a part of you, infinitely.

The OS begins...

Naina sitting in her balcony and looking towards the sky ...as she does every night. The moon has been her companion during the nights, her soul mate who listens to her...comforts her by being awake with her late till night ...her messenger to carry her messages to him...her love...her life...who is no longer with her now. She knows that this moon is his companion as well ...just like her...so she tries to feel his presence with her through this moon only. He too would be doing the same...she knew.

But does he still remember me... its been 3 years since they were separated from each other...this question creeped through her mind now and then and an anxiety occupies her heart...but she has no answer to these questions. They wanted to be together forever...but as always...destiny played its harsh game...and they were forced to go way from each other. Over these years... She has spent her nights like this only in talking to him through their silent messenger...the moon. She is waiting for the day when he would fulfil his promise that he made to her before he left her.

As she thought about his promise, she ran upto the drawer of her study table...and took out a letter kept between the pages of her personal diary. The letter had crumpled up over these 3 years almost on the verge of getting torn...but she tries to keep it safe...as this is his last thing given to her by him...she has read this letter innumerable times since then...and tried to bring back her trust in him ...that...he would fulfil his promise one day...anyhow... she read the letter once again...

"Naina yeh mera tumhe aakhri letter hai...jaane se pehle... jab tak tumhe yeh milega tab tak main tumse bahut door ja chuka honga. Munna tumhe yeh letter tum tak pahuncha dega kyunki main yeh tumhe nahi de sakta. Nanu ke jaane ke baad meri Mom aur Mr Somani mujhe Delhi lekar jaa rahe hain... main jaana nahi chahta lekin majboor hu...jaana padega... Kyunki abhi mujhe wo yahan akela nahi chhod rahe. Par tum chinta mat karna...main wapas aaunga...zaroor aaunga...chahe mujhe aane mein waqt lag jaye...par main aaunga zaroor...tumhe le jaane ke liye...tum mera intezaar karna...mat bhoolna ki tum is hero ki heroine ho...aur hume koi door nahi kar sakta. Tumhare Papa aur Bhai ne jo kuchh bhi kiya mere ghar pe...Nanu ke jaane ke baad...ho sake to unhe iske liye maaf kar dena... wo sirf Arjun ka tumhare liye pyar hai jiski wajah se usne aisa kiya. Tum ghabrana mat... hum har raat baat karenge... Tum chand ko dekhna aur main bhi aisa hi karunga... wo humara tanhai mein saath dega...hum dono ke dil ki baat ek doosre tak pahunchayega... jab tak main laut kar nahi aata... main bahut jaldi aane ki koshish karunga Naina...I promise...mat bhoolna ki main tumse...aur sirf tumse pyar karta hu...

Tumhara Sameer

Tears rolled down her face as soon as she finished reading the letter... While sobbing she kept on talking to herself... main unhe maaf nahi kar payi Sameer... Tumhari baat nahi maan payi main... tum kahan ho ...please jaldi aa jaao na... tumhare bina kuchh achha nahi lagta... sab adhoora lagta hai... please aa jaao na... and she kept on crying and recollecting what happened 3 years back.

Flashback...

Nanu had passed away after he had a sudden heart attack on the day of the farewell. Naina kept on waiting for him in the school but he didn't come. Even Munna and Pandit didn't know where he was...as he wasn't picking up the phone even. They tried calling up at the landline pone repeatedly but no one responded. The farewell was completed and she and Preeti sadly went to their home. Munna and Pandit rushed to his home after this where they came to know about Nanu's sudden demise and Sameer was shattered to the core. Vishakha and Mr Somani were on their way to Ahmedabad and they both stayed with him as he needed their support.

Nanu's last rituals were completed and there Naina was worried as she still had no information about him. Two days later Munna called her at her residence phone and asked her to meet them urgently. She rushed to the temple and there they told her about the sad news. She too was worried for him and wanted to meet him immediately...she knew what place Nanu held in his life and his heart and how he would be feeling now...she had to meet him anyhow. Although Munna and Pandit found this a bit risky but she was ready to take this risk for him at any cost.

While she was going with them to his house, Arjun saw her and overheard them talking about the situation at his house. He was filled with rage on knowing that she was going to Sameer's house... despite his warning... he went and informed about them to Rakesh. He couldn't believe what he was hearing and both of them went to Sameer's place. There Naina went and met him and saw him in a broken down state. She tried to comfort him by saying that she is there with him...all through the life ...and that he shouldn't feel lonely. She and his friends will be there forever with him and he shouldn't ever think himself to be alone. All 3 of them were trying to console him when Rakesh and Arjun came there and created a scene in front of Vishakha and Mr Somani... he blamed Sameer for manipulating his daughter in his fake love just to take revenge from him. It was a huge argument that day between them while both Sameer and Naina tried to calm them down but they were asked to shut their mouths.

Rakesh even tried to slap Naina while Sameer held his hand and asked him not to dare hit Naina... after all the heated up argument... Mr Somani asked them to leave from there and promised them that Sameer won't be troubling them anymore... He would definitely try and find out a solution to this problem and they should rather try and keep Naina in control rather than blaming Sameer. Both of them pulled her hand and took Naina from there...she kept on looking back towards him with tears in her eyes where he kept on standing shocked and angry at the sudden turn of events. Both of them had no clue as to how to settle all this. They took Naina back home and Rakesh told everyone what happened there and blamed Anand and Bela for their upbringing of his daughter because of which she dared to fall in love with that ameerzada.

Everyone was shocked to know this...Naina wasn't in a state to say anything and both Naina and Preeti were scolded in the name of family reputation and they gave an example of Meghaben incident. Rakesh told her that she won't be going to school from now and her studies are stopped with immediate effect. Anand opposed this decision and advised Rakesh to continue her studies..although he was not ready to listen to him ...but after a lot of discussion, it was decided that she would just be going to this school for exams only and after this she would be sent to Vanasthali school for her 12^th class. Later she received that letter from him and since then she didn't forgive Arjun for telling their father...it was because of him only that she was separated from him. She stopped tying rakhi to him from that year and till now she hadn't talked to him despite his repeated attempts.

Naina wasn't allowed to meet her friends, talk on phone and all the restriction were applied to her till the exams...it was during one of the exams only that Munna handed over that letter to her and told her that Sameer wont be giving exams even...Mr Somani used his power to convince the Principal to give him a scholl leaving certificate so that he can take admission in a school in Delhi in 12^th class. After that she was sent to Vanasthali school after the exams and later she was sent to a college in Bombay...now she was staying at Phulla Bua's house since 2 years.

Flashback ended...

Naina was pursuing English literature in college as she wanted to fulfil his wish that she should continue writing stories and not let go of her talent ... recalling their beautiful moments always brought a smile on her face... and the realisation of the truth made her sad once again. She went to her bed to try and sleep for some time as she had a writing competition in college the next day.

On the other side Sameer who completed his schooling in Delhi and had joined a college there only... he came to Ahmedabad after 3 years along with his Mom during his college vacations as they were about to sell Nanu's property there and leave Ahmedabad forever. Over these years, his relationship with Mr Somani or Rohan were never good but thankfully Vishakha took good care of him...she knew the void created in his life after his demise and separation from Naina. She had realised that Sameer truly loved her and she had no problem in accepting Naina as her daughter in law.

Sameer met Munna and Pandit on reaching Ahmedabad and enquired about Naina... they were hardly able to talk to each other over these years as Mr Somani didn't like him interacting with anyone in Ahmedabad. He had asked them to enquire about Naina's whereabouts and with lot of difficulty, they could just know from Preeti that she was sent to Mumbai but exact address she didn't know... She wasn't allowed to talk to Naina for so many years as a punishment for both of them for hiding everything from the family.

When Preeti saw Sameer at some distance from there house... She signalled him to wait for him as she wanted to talk to him... She went inside and asked Bela to give her a list of items to be bought from the market as she was going there. She told her the needed items and she left the house. Sameer, Pandit and Munna followed her and they all met at an isolated place. He asked about Naina and she told him whatever she knew... He decided to go to Bombay and search for her... but she asked how would he search for her in such a big city... he told her that he would search for her anyhow as its high time he fulfils his promise. Munna and Pandit too wanted to go with him and he agreed to take them along to search for his love. She told him that Arjun Bhaiya is also going to Mumbai tomorrow for some work for one day.

Pandit told him that once again his Saale sahab might create havoc for them as he did 3 years back...but Sameer was confident that he won't let him do this again this time as he was capable of fighting for his love this time...that time he was a minor but now the situation is changed. Sameer arranged for the flight tickets for all of them and told Vishakha about his plans to go to Bombay. She asked him to be careful and don't lose hope... He surely will find Naina as they are both made for each other.

The next morning Naina woke up and as always greeted Phulla Bua Dadi and got ready to go to the temple before going to the college. Today she was feeling some unknown relief and happiness in her heart as if something good is about to happen ...but what?...she wasn't able to understand...little did she know that her love...her Sameer was coming to meet her once again. She was getting ready and today she felt like dressing up nicely... Bua Dadi was happy to see her dressed up beautifully...as she always advised her but she never was interested in doing all this... She had become so quiet and never indulged in talks with many people...just her college studies...temple and household help to Bua Dadi.

She went to the temple and while praying she thought...' aaj pata nahi kyun aisa lag raha hai ki kuchh achha hone wala hai... 3 saal mein aisa pehle kabhi nahi hua... kuchh achha hone ki ummeed to kab se chhod chuki thi... Par aaj...achanak...lya hone wala hai...pata nahi... jo bhi hai Bhagwan Ji... bas aap usme mere saath rehna...Sameer ka humesha khayal rakhna... uski madad karna' ...she rushed to her college after that... there she was surprised to see Arjun who had come to attend her competition and meet her. He was dying to talk to his dear sister who had broken all ties with him ...she saw him but didn't even talk to him. He went and seated on a chair and as expected, Naina won the writing competition and while receiving her award... She said... "main yeh award apne dost ko dedicate karna chahti hu...mera special dost...Sameer jo meri inspiration hai... usne hi mujhse kaha tha ki main humesha likhti rahu... kabhi na chhodu... Kaash aaj wo mere paas hota...yeh sab dekhne ke liye...par kuchh logon ki wajah se wo mujhse door chala gaya... par main use kabhi nahi bhool sakti...thank you Sameer..." she said everything staring towards Arjun... as if reminding him...that its only because of him...that she is away from Sameer, her family... And he deserved this punishment.

While leaving from there Arjun tried to talk to her, but she looked away and left from there. Arjun was disappointed and he went to complete the work for which he had come there. Naina called up Bua Dadi and told her about her first prize...she was elated to know this and appreciated her writing skills. Sameer who was searching in the colleges in Bombay one by one to see if any student with this name is there in that college...but till now he met with failure only. It was afternoon but he wasn't able to find any information about her whereabouts. It was then that he saw a temple nearby. He asked his friends that they should go to that temple... Naina always believed in God and was sure that HE would help him this time for her sake.

They all went there and while carrying out the Pooja... He prayed...'Bhagwan Ji please meri mada karo Naina ko dhoondne mein... Aaj teen saal baad main use dhoondne aaya hu...please mujhe usse milwa do...main jaanta hu ki wo meri raah dekh rahi hogi... aap please meri madad karo...'A photograph dropped from his pocket...he didn't realise it and was about to leave from there when the temple's Pujari ji picked up that photograph and called him from back...

Pujari ji: Beta tumhari jeb se yeh photo gir gayi thi...

Sameer: thank you Pandit ji...

Pujari ji (seeing Naina's pic): Naina ki tasveer tumhare paas?

Sameer: aap ise jaante hain...main subah se dhoond rah ahu ise... yeh kahan rehti hai...kaun se college mein padti hai?

Pujari ji: haan yeh to is mandir mein har roz aati hai... yahan paas mein K.M college hai...usme padti hai... bahut hi nek ladki hai...

Sameer: thank you pandit ji...thank you Bhagwan ji ...aap ne Nain aka pata bata diya...

All 3 were very happy ...Munna and Pandit were rejoicing as finally they knew about their Bhabhi's whereabouts...all of them rushed to K.M college... after reaching there...all of them decided to search for her in separate directions and anyone who finds her should give the signal to the others...Naina was about to leave from her college, she was just collecting her books... and Arjun too was going out...Pandit saw him and rushed to tell Sameer that he was also there... But he wasn't scared of Arjun... He just had to find Naina at any cost... Arjun left from there as he couldn't see any of them and while Naina was going through a corridor, Sameer was coming from the opposite side running and while searching for her, he didn't notice her come in front of him and both of them bumped into each other...all her books fell down...she bent down to pick them up ...

Sameer: oh I'm sorry...

Naina: what sorry...aap dekh kar nahi chal sakte(without looking up towards him).

As she got up she was happily surprised to see Sameer right in front of her... she couldn't believe... Whether this was her dream... she stood still there...without moving a bit...and same was his situation... After so many years...seeing her face to face...brought back all the memories that they have cherished together... those memories...which were the only saving grace for them in their difficult times.

Sameer: aakhir tumhe dhoond hi liya...

Naina: kya tum sach mein ho Sameer...main koi sapna to nahi dekh rahi... main to apni palke bhi nahi jhapakhna chahti...ki agar yeh sapna hua... to mera sapna toot jayega...

Sameer: chhoo kar dekh lo... main sach mein tumhare saamne hu... And he clicked his fingers in front of her face...

She was overwhelmed with joy and tears of happiness rolled down and she hugged him...he too placed his arms around her and felt her presence...so close to him...for the first time... he wasn't expecting this from her...but her embrace gave him the relief that he was looking for...from all the pain of separation that he had been through... and for her...he was a breath of life to her...whom she couldn't allow to go away from her this time...so impulsively she went close to him and shed all her tears ...all her grief through those tears which she had been holding in her heart since these 3 years.

Naina: tum aa gaye Sameer...kitna waqt laga diya...main kab se tumhari raah dekh rahi thi...

Sameer: main bhi to kab se tumse milna chahta tha...par... Aa hi nahi paya...

Munna and Pandit saw them together and were very happy that finally they could find her. both of the saw them and the other students who were watching them and clapping for them... Both of them parted and she felt slightly embarrassed... she wiped her tears and met Munna and Pandit too.

Naina: pata hai Sameer... aaj subah se mujhe lag raha tha ki aaj zaroor kuchh achha hone wala hai...

Sameer: humare dil jo ek doosre se jude huye hain... To tumhe to yeh ehsaas hona hi tha... Ab kuchh bhi ho jaye...main tumhe khud se door nahi hone dunga...

Naina: par Papa...Bhaiya...

Sameer: tum un sab ki chinta mat karo... ab hum saath hain na... sab theek ho jayega...

All of them went from there with both of them holding each others hands promising to each other to never part ways again in life now...

P.S : I related the OS to aether or space by correlating space to the soul connection... as aether has energy, vibration...which connects everyone... here their souls are connected...even when they are separated...they converse through the moon...by telepathy...the realisation of something good happening with them...just suggests their divine connection...as space connects all the matter in the universe... when there is intense love between two individuals...the entire universe plays its part in helping them meet...even when they are far apart.
