I guess dat was deliberately done...coz Dharam felt the arrow when it struck him...n he cud hv just pulled it out coz it was hurting him...
Of course...if he did so..what wud the makers do...dey will hv to show Veer's love for Dharam...n now Veer will go to the dessert n get thye jadibooti...
If Dharam wud hv removed the arrow then n there...how wud Veer get a chance to display his love n bravery..n how wud the makers continue the story ahead?? 😉
Or may be they were too busy escaping from the eyes of the Senapati dat Dharam didn't hv a second's time to pull the arrow out... 😕

well he was feeling somewhat dizzy actually.Since he was very much involved in the fight he couldn't care properly for his bruise and also as per my knowledge such arrows are loaded with painkillers along with poison so as to give a slow death.As a prince he might have learnt not to get himself distracted by such things.
