I think that is the purpose to show Neil's state like this after all he did say there is no Neil without Avni. Avni was his life, his reason for living and now he is dying within which is why we will all sympathize with Neil's anger towards Avni. It won't matter why she did it because Neil will get that but the pain he endured it is just going to hurt him so much.
Yes, & it's very nicely done too! Ideally you'd expect that after an incident like this the Hero would become a typical unsmiling, cold, love hating businessman, but our 'Nayi Soch' CVs have ensured that Neil doesn't become a cliche!
He's still the same guy, full of love & warmth for others...it's just that he has forgotton how to live without his ardhangini by his side!
I am sure Avni will find a way to make this up to him but first he needs to awaken that fighting spirit within her because right now its dead, its gone. This girl is not the same person he fell in love with, would she even want to fight for her love? She thinks of herself as a jinx someone who only brought turmoil in his life, she chose to walk away just to save this family from bloodshed, to walk away from a battlefield. Neil is going to have to guide Avni down the right path and revive that side of her that died the day she put an end to the Avni Ayesha chapter.
I get that Nilanjana is unlike Avni, but I like this version of her! She gets scared & isn't a daredevil like before. It's because experience & Neil have taught her that constantly fighting is not really a solution. There are many other ways to get things done.
Also shez still a fighter it's just that her tactics have changed. She's running an orphanage for kids, essentially raising them...that couldn't have been easy...so shez still the same Avni, except shez learnt to fight with her heart instead of just her head!
She is not really on a wrong path...shez just walking on a path that has taken her away from her loved ones!
She always did consider herself as a jinx & recent events have sort of proved her thoughts about herself right!
I don't know if Neil needs to reawaken Avni Ayehsa because I like the mellowed Nilanjana, but he does need to break that supposed 'curse' for her before he can convince the girl to come back!
We can only hope because even in the Fuze review KK has not made a good impact. Lets see how the coming episodes will be of his character for now it is Neil and Avni winning hearts as it should be, this is their story so as long as their characters are being executed right KK we can tolerate!
Yep, as long as the guy remains in the BG we can tolerate him!
