Diya is actually way more sporty than Ratan

Diya had protected Ratan for 12 years.She had fought with the criminals and has infact done the superwoman stunts.I still remember the 2nd episode where Diya was in track pants.How she took the gun from Ratan by kicking his hands and how she rode the camel and protected Ratan.

The only thing is Diya likes to wear traditional clothes and want stability in her life while Ratan wants exactly the opposite.

More than the age its difference in ideologies that is separating them.When Diya was 18 then also she wanted to get married and was mature enough to fullfill her promise.

While Ratan on other hand does not want to get married at all and is actually quite immature.

I am feeling like the makers are trying to show Diya as some orthodox woman.While its not actually true.The only thing is she is comfortable in traditional clothes and believe in rituals.

But it doesnt make her orthodox.Specifically after the way she had protected Ratan for last 12 years.

i agree!! ppl get confused between traditional and orthodox!! like our Ratan!! Diya is traditional for sure but not orthodox!! which i think is one good thing!!
