To answer above question - It seems Vishaka is a good mother under right circumstances and a good human who can love a step child as her own. But, again, Somani's influence, fear of being called sauteli ma could have played a role in earlier days. But, over time, I think she has come to love Rohan as her own; something that Somani never bothered to even try for Sameer and hence such a huge gap. If Rohan is much balanced individual despite having Somani as father is because he got better childhood compared to Sameer.
To conclude, Rohan is definitely older one and Somani's son from first marriage and the bike was delivered to Nanu's house because around that time Vishaka was staying there and she was the one who ordered it.
