Nope. Most of the people watched the movie cuz either they wanted to prove a point or they gt curious after the controversy. This would've easily stopped at 150. 🥱

I'm surprised it clicked so the numbers are truly mind boggling. The hype is real, I have seen non indians flocking to theatres to watch it and mind you, I come from multi racial nation. I had never seen such hype before except Aamir films tbh. There were no KS shit here yet people were eager to watch the film. I didn't like it as much as well, though I loved sasha-veer performance in it. So even I'm clueless why and how it's making that much money. Anyways I'm happy for sasha-veer as a fan. I still can't stand slb-dp so hopefully my favs stay away from them for sometime, esp veer.

The movie has better trending than BM and RL so no it wouldn't have fallen in the same bracket as those two movies. It's been accepted MORE than SLB's recent movies.
