Today I want to talk about Fire. Fire seemed to be the underlying theme of last weekend's show (at least for me).

Let me start with Jakkala she burned in the fire of jealously, that fire ignited by no less than Vilas mother (wonder what her motive was?). She gave instructions to burn down the brothel.

Kosha burned in the fire of Love , she was determined that her love for Tailap will lead her way from the Brothel to the palace that it gave her strength to bring down the wall..and move into the tunnel. Was that symbolic? will this tunnel be used in the future? I wonder? She lit a fire to keep her and her aunt warm, a small fire which kept her alive and going.

Tailap saw his love go up in flames, unable to do anything about it but just reminisce about his love. He was bound by the fire of his sisters need to avenge their parents death.

Prithvi wanders into the forest, a place so familiar, and a place where he feels he can find his identity. Uses fire to ward away the evil that came his way as he searches for his past.

Sindhuraj burns in a fire of his own a fire of jealously for his orphan brother who got more rights than him and after being banished still seems to hold his father's heart.

The king burns in his memories, memories of the love and care his adopted son gave him and the memories of a past wrongdoing.

Our beautiful princess, fiery as she is burning in her own quest, trying to quiet her mind , her mind now taken over by a mysterious stranger who is burning up her every thoughts be it the poem that is written on the sword, the flowers that vilas brings or the portrait that she literally burns.

Now back to our prince who was born amongst the fireflies, the insects that emit light to illumine a calmness in him for he is not bound by any fiery thoughts

There is fire everywhere fire of jealously, fire of betrayal, fire of unrequited love, fire of haunting memories...for the fire that burns also emits light to Illumine

Closing with this quote by Carl Jung

Conflicts create the fire of affects and emotions, and like every fire it has two aspects; that of burning and that of giving light.

It remains to be seen what aspect of fire each character will imbibe

Thoughts welcome

Beautiful interpretation of the episode
I never thought from this perspective that fire was used as an underlying theme in the previous episode

Agree with what u have written...let's see who will get consumed by the fire and, who will survive it and who will pass through it to become gold !

Time will tell 😊

very very beautiful..
It gives light... it alerts ...awakens ...
It burns...destroys...devastates..
Interestingly it is also considered a great leveller.. a restorer...
Provides opportunities of new life...growth..
