As Ananya is declared dead by the doctors, Simmi moves towards Ishita and tries to slap her to kill her daughter but Raman Stops her and says-"Simmi stop...you know Ishita can't do this..may be all this was an accident.".Simmi says-"No..She hates me and Param and so my Ananya and please you don't need to come in all this..".Simmi in a fit of anger holds Pihu's hand and ran outside of the room and locks the room from outside and takes Pihu towards the stairs to kill her.She thought-"Ishita you killed my Ananya and now i will snatch your Pihu,so everything will be equal."All the bhalla family members starts knocking on the door so that someone will open it.After few minutes a staff member comes and opens the door. Ishita-Raman and entire family ran here and there to search for Simmi.

After 2-3 minutes Ishita sees Simmi holding Pihu and trying to push her from the stairs. She came towards her and says-"Leave her..she is innocent...please Simmi...i can understand your pain..Leave her Simmi..".Simmi says-"you will only understand Ishita when you also loose Pihu ".Suddenly Simmi pushed Ishita towards a room door and then push Pihu on the stairs.As Pihu falls on the stairs Ishita screams-"NO!!..Pihu...Pihu."

Suddenly Ishita opens her eyes and starts screaming Pihu. She sees that she is in a hospital.Raman comes there with the doctor and he got shocked to see her talking.He fees happy. Ishita asks Raman aboiut Pihu.He says-"All are fine.She is outside.You just relax.I can't tell you how happy I am today."

Ishita asks-"Happy..but why...what happened to me?".Raman answers-"you were in coma for the last 2 years and now you finally opened your eyes.".Ishita got shocked as she didn't remember anything about all this. Raman hugs her.
