Very complicated story.Can't say who is right or wrong.Everyone has a grey shade.
Akash is a gay but the fear of society is not letting him to openly declare his true nature.He did everything in his power to make everyone believe that he is a perfect man and he loves his wife a lot.But in reality, everything is a facade.
The way he is torturing her and ruining her life isn't acceptable.
Khushi, the poor soul craves only for love.Knowing Akash's true nature, she could sympathise with him.
Yes, she cheated her husband.But can we blame her for everything? Wasn't he the reason she went down the wrong path?He won't even give her a divorce wherein she could be free from all this pain.The one person(Arnav) who came into her life as a ray of hope also turned out to be someone who crashed all her hopes.
To the question you've asked, yes Arnav behaves like a hypocrite.He himself was engaged and he knew that she was married and her husband cheated on her.When he came to know that it was Akash he never allowed her to explain herself.I agree Akash is his childhood friend and he would always trust his friend more than his friend's wife.But still...!Now it's 2 months.I thought at least he would give a thought to the things Khushi had said earlier and would try to know the big picture.But no...he is still in his blaming Khushi phase.And now he married Lavanya too.
But he was very caring and interesting personality in the initial chapters and now his hatred for Khushi is not at all likeable.And he seems more arrogant and rude now.
From Anjali's dialogue"Why Arnav is looking at you like that?", it is clear that he's still very much attracted to her.
Whatever scenario you've shown us, it is evident that even Anjali knows about his wayward lifestyle and they are sure that he won't change.Then why this marriage?

If anyone I am feeling pity and sympathetic in this story it is for Khushi only and a little bit for Arnav.
When will Arnav come to know about Akash's truth?What will he do then?
