I had watched it when it came out back in 2007 and liked it a lot. But somehow like fate I ended up rewatching it again as an adult last year when it truly made its worth felt in gold. Through this personal experience I have to say they hit every note right in the movie so kudos to them. I saw my little cousin in every experience and every expression of the little boy in the movie. It was a gut wrenching experience to just see someone I loved in those moments. You know my cousin has two dogs he literally spends his day with, touches any roadside stray dog or cat with so much love that they always respond to that, has pet fish he gazes at for ages and ages which he collected from a dirty lake nearby.. it was surreal for me. And he is truly gifted with electronics as I said. Some things that little boy creates is amazing like he made me a musical birthday card just like the ones that come in shops when he was just 8 and he drew pictures of him and me and got his then 9 year old sister to write the wishes for him which in hindsight says a lot. And yet he was being labeled a lazy duffer by his teachers and the adults around him :(
It was just crazy I can't praise enough. I'm truly grateful for Aamir and everyone who made this movie because I'm sure this wasn't the only young life they saved.

3 idiots. I wanted to get into medical school just for the heck of it. I was a kid back then but after watching that movie I seriously started thinking about my future, and what I wanted to do with my life. I was careless back then. In short it just got me thinking about my studies lol

dear zindagi...i had problem with my mom and had depression problem.

when i heard that line from SRK " mom dad ko pedestal se utaar k ek insaan ki tarah dekhne ki koshish karo and think that they can also do mistakes baaki insaano ki tarah "

that was hit me deeply and i realize my mom is also a human who can do mistake and i should forget all things.second line was " saare rishto ka bojh kisi ek rishte pe kyu daalo , we can have many diffrent relations for diffrent need like a good coffe rista , jiske saath bas ek coffie and good conversation ho sake"

these two dialogue were awesome and i imply it on my real life now, so these lines touched me and changed my perspective to see things.

I think 3 Idiots because it truly represents don't force yourself to things that others are doing, you should do something that you are good at.
