Reasons why Dira's marriage had to happen this early?

I was thinking about this for the past few days and I came with a few reasons. Feel free to discuss/ add on:
1) Or else there would be no reason for Diya and Ratan to meet. Many fans are watching for Dira scenes. I'm sure the makers would have known that Dira are one of their hit factors. After Diya had revealed the truth, Diya was living at her parents' place. Ratan was living at the palace. They would not have been enough opportunities for Dira to meet frequently. Unless Ratan keeps running back to Diya for help with the business. This would have only made Ratan look immature that he has to keep on seeking Diya's help even after Diya believed that he was ready to take on the business. Plus, Diya's parents and CT would not have been happy and would have tried to stop it.

2) Diya's marriage was inevitable. Diya's parents, especially Sajjan Singh, wanted her to get married pronto as they were worried about society's taunts. Diya, besides wanting to satisfy her parents' wishes, did want to take marriage as her next challenge. Diya always wanted to get married and have a family, but held back by her promise. So, unless Dira's marriage occurred, we would see many episodes worth of match-making scenes, with boys' families visiting Diya and the marriages breaking every time, probably due to Diya's age. This would only have created an image of Diya being unmarriageable, an angle makers probably didn't want to go for.

3) Adding intensity to Dira's relationship. If Dira had fallen in love before marriage, there would be less interference in their journey to love. Due to Ratan's constant declarations that he isn't ready for marriage, CT would have been thrown off initially and would only probably interfere once Dira had halfway fallen in love. With love after marriage, there would be a lot more interference, in the form of family. Plus, Dira would have to learn to adapt and compromise. Moreover, this allows more room for the makers to explore the fusion of 2 different mentalities and personalities. All these conflicts would only add more intensity to Dira's relationship.

4) Likely interference by the channel. I always got this feeling as the malkin track was bringing them TRPs. Considering that, I always thought that the channel and the makers would have milked it till the TRPs started dropping. Considering the rush and the limited bank of episodes, there was clearly a change in track halfway somewhere. Channel probably wanted Dira's marriage to happen soon as there is a new, similar Zee TV. And from what I heard, that couple is halfway in love, and the channel probably wanted Dira's marriage to occur first. First mover advantage and more promo for the show and channel. Look at all the fuss by IF.

This were all the reasons I could think of. Don't know if they make sense so feel free to critique all you want! 😆

I also feel that it was hard to fall in love for Ratan with Diya and vice versa. They speed it up for TRP(as you said), the ZEE TV show(as you said), some other reasons I want to add,

(1) Genre - When they telecast-ed the serial they said it was ROMANTIC-DRAMA, but there was no romance. So they are trying to fulfill what they promised earlier.

(2)the odd couple- Believe me Diya and Ratan is very odd not by looks but because of personality and the makers succeed to proof it by making Ratan immature like hell and making Diya mature like none. Many people marry older woman and they have some kinds of similarity, but DiRa? Tell me one. For that reason nothing but only marriage can do something.

(3)It is not typical Hindi serial - In every Hindi serial it is common to see that love starts when they shook hand, saw the person the very first day, when the girl fall literally upon the boy, when they do first eye contact. Every thing happened with DiRa. Ratan saw Diya in Airport and started to annoy her, they were so close to each other when Diya saved him form those enemy with gun in desert ,Diya first felll in Ratan and he putted gun in her , he even kissed her in cheek while 100 stair rasam. But did they fall in love, NO. And in real life people doesn't fall like the above also .Even after marriage they will not fall, something hatke has to happen to make them fall.

This is what I think the reasons of their early marriage.

Ideally, I would have liked if Ratan and Diya marriage was not shown now in these circumstances. It would have been better if some better, eligible groom search was shown. Invariably Diya's broken marriage and allegations on her character , relation with Ratan would have arisen. Thus setting in motion Ratan thinking about marrying her after much thought not on impulse. But then, this track would also have only dragged the story, and thinking now. I think the questions which Abhay left on Diya and Ratan's relation would have definitely arisen. They had to marry anyhow. Just now Ratan is shown a lot immature than I could have digested. 😆 I think dragging the showcasing of promised track; must have definitely been a factor. People do want to see Diya and Ratan together.,
That is besides other factors.
