Kangana Ranaut, Swara Bhaskar at Akshay Kumar's PAD MAN screening

A special screening of PAD MAN was held at Yash Raj studios in mumbai last evening. B-town celebrities like Kangana Ranaut, Swara Bhaskar, R. Balki, Nitesh Tiwari wife Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Shoojit Sircar, Monali Thakur, Anu Malik, Saiyami Kher and Atul Kasbekar attended the special screening of PAD MAN.However, Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Khanna, Radhika Apte, Sonam Kapoor were missing from the screening.

Though Akshay and Kangana have never worked together or have been ever in talks, but the actress came out to support Akshay's work. Kangana, Swara, Shoojit, Balki and others came casually dressed

PAD MAN is an upcoming 2018 Indian biographical comedy-drama film written and directed by R. Balki. The film also stars Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in lead roles.It is based on a short story in Twinkle Khanna's book The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad and is inspired by the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a social activist from Tamil Nadu. The film is set to be released on 9 February 2018. The film will be based on "The Sanitary Man of Sacred Land", a short story from Twinkle Khanna's book, The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad, which is inspired from the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham.

Kangana Ranaut was spotted at the special screening of PAD MAN. She looked pretty in white jacket and blue denims. She kept her look with minimal and flashed her million dollar smile to the shutterbugs. A few days back Kangana, who is currently busy with her next project, MANIKARNIKA: THE QUEEN OF JHANSI walked the ramp on Sunday.

Swara Bhaskar was spotted at the screening. She gives a smile to the shutterbugs. Bollywood actress Swara Bhaskar made the comment after watching Sanjay Leela Bhansali's controversial historical drama that was released on January 25. Swara, in an open letter published on The Wire, had criticised PADMAAVAT for glorifying ancient practices - "Sati" and "Jauhar".

Director R. Balki was clicked by paparazzi. While Nitesh Tiwari with wife Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and Shoojit Sircar were also all smiles.

Bollywood singer Monali Thakur and Anu Malik arrived at the special screening of PAD MAN.
