I know its been a while. I was on holiday and then overwhelmed with work, which will continue, so my updates will be sporadic and random. I hope you will still follow and leave comments.

Rikara SS- Aankhon ki Gustakhiyaan- Season V - The Exploration
Part 6
Gauri was injured with a sprained ankle, which the doctor had wrapped in a fracture bandage, and so Omkara decided to take the trip slowly and stay put for a while. They had travelled to Interlaken by car after their tryst in the barn the other day and now they were holed up in a wooden cottage situated in a secluded spot very close to Jungfrau peak. By now, Omkara had discovered Gauri's love for the mountains and he was going to fulfil her wishes to the tee. That's why he had rented this cottage, it was perfect for them. No one passed by and no one came calling, to disturb them. The nearest market was a few miles away which Omkara frequented, almost once in two days to buy the groceries and other essentials. Gauri was not allowed to move around, even in the house. If she wanted to go anywhere, she would call out for him and he would carry her in his arms to her destination. Dare she try to move herself; Omkara would scold her like a child. So, Gauri had given up, she accepted her temporary invalid status and was happy being pampered by her very own Jatadhari. After all it was something she had never experienced in her life, even as a child.
Life was like a dream. She would wake up every morning in his arms. He would cuddle her her and bring her morning tea and breakfast in bed. After a bath, where again he put her, fully clothed, as she had not yet opened up to him like that, she was shy. They had made love, in the darkness always, feeling each other. Omkara also wanted to take it slow, enjoy discovering her little by little. After a bath, he would carry her to the terrace, where she was settled into a beautiful couch reinstated there just for her. And after he had covered her with enormous amount of furry, cuddly stuff, was she allowed reading and enjoying the beauty of the mountains. The cottage enjoyed a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. She admired all this beauty and felt close to her Shankarji, she was closer to her Hippie of course, and this was something she had to thank Shankarji for. They would sit on the terrace for hours, taking in the sun, Gauri enjoying the mountains and Omkara enjoying his view Gauri's pretty face from which he had never been able to take his eyes off. He would cook for them, a practice he had acquired cooking with his two bros since he was a child.
Sometimes, he would drive them to La Terrasse, an elegant restaurant renowned for its fine international cuisine. Just like him, fresh pizza from the stone oven, as well as a selection of Italian wines had become her favourites. The Victoria Jungfrau also featured a sun terrace overlooking the Jungfrau Massif and provided free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, where Omkara caught up with the rest of the world, and re-planned the rest of his itinerary. Days passed, and not one felt the same, with Omkara surprising Gauri with all things new and beautiful, sometimes with his cute gestures, a quick peck here and there, sometimes by cooking new meals for her and other times just being the god he was, in bed, next to her. He was of course careful, to not hurt her feet in the process, so he was extra gentle.
Although she missed being outdoors and people at home in the Oberoi mansion, Gauri never wanted this bubble to burst, this vacation to end and her sprain to heal. They had informed Oberoi mansion that they had changed their itinerary but not the reason for it, so as not to worry them. They caught up with the family once in few days over facetime. This was domestic bliss from her, away from domesticity, much more happening, and of course she had Omkara all to herself, what more she could ask for. It was going to be her birthday very soon. She wasn't sure if Omkara knew about it, and she decided not to tell him. He leg had healed by now, the plaster was off and she was practising to walk little by little leaning on Omkara.
He had informed her that next day, they were going to leave for another place and Gauri was feeling a little gloomy, with the thought of leaving her paradise behind. That night he showered her with so much love, she thought if she died today, she had nothing more to ask from this life. She had slept, tired and satiated, whilst he kept looking at his sleeping beauty for hours before his eyes agreed to rest. He was gone when she woke up. It was her birthday eve and she wanted to be happy that day. She got ready before he could bring her breakfast; he greeted her regularly like any other day, with a kiss on the forehead,' good morning, my love'. He smiled. She smiled.
The day passed in everyday bliss, in the evening, he asked her to dress up and handed her a box with a bouquet. We are going to Mrs. Schneider's dinner at the Jungfrau' he announced. There was a beautiful red off-shoulder dress inside the box with matching jewellery and shoes. He was stunned when she came outside, he took her hand and kissed it, and then a series of kisses followed, on her elbow, her shoulder, her neck, and up...
If you don't stop now, we will get late' she smirked, at the same time enjoying his ministrations. Yes wifey. You are wise, let's go' he teased. The drive was long, and she noticed they had already past the village of Jungfrau! Instead, they stopped outside a chalet, a Victorian era wonder, but it had started raining and by the time they made their way up the stairs and inside, they were completely drenched. Once inside, he swooped her off her feet and walked upstairs along a red carpet in a huge beautifully lit room, lit with candles. There was no one around, not a soul stirred, it was just them. The clock struck 12, announcing the next day, her day. Before she knew it, he was down on his knees, kissing her palms on her hands, Happy birthday, my love. I am so glad, you came into this world. What would I have done without you? My life would have been colourless, tasteless, and artless, I would have nothing to live for. You are my inspiration. So thank you, for being mine. I love you to the moon and back'. With this he got up, took her in a crushing hug and kissed her passionately.
She was stunned put of her wits, would be putting it mildly. She hugged him back, tears rolled down her eyes, which he kissed away one by one and they stayed together like this, wet, moulding into each other. I, I thought you forgot' she spoke.' Never, the day when you came into this world, is very special for me Gauri, never think like that again. That I can forget anything to do with you, that is important for you. I love you so much'. When they parted, he gave a long look to her, asked her to change into whatever she could find in the room. She wrapped the stain bedsheet around her, and they settled for some dinner, which he had arranged as part of his plan to celebrate her birthday, just her and him, in a chalet, in a world she deserved, his princess. It was freezing now, she was cold. Brandy it would have to be, which he drew out of a cabinet. He then lit the fireplace. He had his back to her, trying to collect the logs together and light the fireplace. He was freezing by now as well.
She was standing by the window looking at the moon. He stood behind her, putting his arm around her and pulled her to him. In the process her wrap unravelled from the shoulder, he pushed it back, covering her. He then kissed her there. She turned around and kissed him, on the lips, exposing her intentions to him, revealing her desire for him.
They were looking into each other's eyes. Her breathing was heavy; her chest moving up and down made a sight for his eyes. There was so much tension between them he was devouring her with his eyes, not touching her, but his eyes went everywhere, on her eyes, her lips, her throat, her cleavage and down, further down. She was getting conscious, and when she couldn't take it anymore, she took his hand and put it on her cheek,' I want you to touch me, please' she pleaded to him. But he was in the mood to tease her, he smiled at her, caressing her cheek, down to her throat and then removed his hand, moving back. They loved each other all night.

But behind the veil, there is just us.
When she woke up the next morning, wrapped in silken bed sheets, he was gone. She could hear a scuffle in the other room. Curious, she got into her red dress which had dried overnight and walked out...
S U R P R I S E...Happy Birthday.' five voices spoke in unison.
She was shocked to find George and Rachel, Michael and Alicia standing there screaming, Omkara was behind them, smiling like an idiot, he was enjoying her expressions so much.
She was over-whelmed with the string of surprises one after another he had unveiled to her, following her thought process, he came next to her, hugged her, gave her a peck on this cheek and whispered in her ears,' happy bday dear, I wasn't going to let your day pass without a party, some madness, friends knowing what a social chirayya you are. I had you all to myself all this while, so I can share you now, only a tiny bit' and then he winked letting her go. Before she could think what was going on, she was in everyone's embrace one by one and she decided to just let it go... She was not happy, she was ecstatic, sort of in a reverie; her paradise went with her wherever she went her Hippie. She wasn't looking for yet another birthday gift, but little did she know what was in store for her.
