Sumo knows, just as the audience does, that Shivika were the only folks that at least asked if Rumya wanted to stay in their marriage.. her response to Shivaay's Q then was that Rudy did not believe in the marriage! So why is she targeting Shivaay then? 'Cause he is the one shown to hold the strings - money or otherwise! Rudy does not seem over the moon about his wedding to Bhavya - infact he is super nervous and hyperventilating at the thought of going through with the wedding.. Its the family that is coo-coo over Bhavya. To Sumo, this is seems unfair - didn't they let her down by not doing the same for her when she was actually married to Rudy?! This when she had stood with them through the Tia and Kamini madness..

It is kind of sad that the writing team fails to see the actual problem and has painted itself further into a corner.. sure negative Sumo wanting to reclaim her rights will bring in some interest.. but what next?

** If Ruvya is end game, how is bringing back Sumo to reinforce how she got booted out going to help the audience like Ruvya any more? And, even if the funds are short, what is stop a simple Ruvya wedding from happening? Afterall, Rikara did not have an opulent Oberoi wedding! Is it because Rudy cannot do without his guests at a 7 star hotel?

** If Rumya is end game, what is going to make Rudy suddenly fall out of love with Bhavya and in love with Sumo? Only possible if Bhavya turns negative and Sumo is on team Shivaay bhaiyya! 😆

Exactly!

I get what she is doing and why she is doing this but the path she choose will never lead to her destination. The day her truth comes out rudra would leave her if he even accepts her now. Omru would never betray shivaay or choose anyone who hurt shivaay regardless of their reasons. She choose to side with a disgusting creep like veer and that is her biggest mistake. Bringing down shivaay is not going to make rudra love her because he truly loves bhavya.
There is something I want to say off topic about current track and shivaay. It took Svetlana, veer, tej and saumya' s combined efforts to even hurt shivaay and even now shivaay has dadi, anika and omru. I commend shivaay's strength, integrity and his love for his family. If this would have been a fight face to face, I doubt all these idiots could have achieved anything even if they combined their efforts like they did now.

I just loved the freaking breathtaking Soumya! Looks can kill!
I just couldn't accept the fact that Annika found Ruvya so exciting in the first place when she knew all about Rumya. She is now flaunting all the oberoi wealth while another bahu is sinfully wronged!

And Shivaay had promised her all the rights. And now he is getting Rudra married to someone else. Bad too bad!

Soumya definitely gave me the lost interest, I was like bang on girl. Get these delusional idiots crawl in dirt!

I hope Rumya will be end game, Saumya can be forgiven, coz she is right. I don't know about the Oberois then. But I want Saumya to double cross Tej and do his OMM too, even Jhanvi and Dadi needs some bitter medicine!

The show has become boring, Gul shows can't survive this long. Look changes and all are necessary that we don't get bored of the leads. Coming from a hardcore Shivika fan, IB has become a routine than the entertainment it used to be.

I agree with you in that Somya is terribly hurt by Shivaay in not acknowledging her marriage with Rudra. He was the one that Somya trusted the most! The thing I don't agree is the way she is going about it. Somya was always the mature and sensible one who took all decisions rationally. This new Somya, however interesting, is not sitting well with her character!

This was just my opinion. All said I would love to see what else she brings to her character!

IF I remember properly, and lets be honest, i probably dont...didn't Soumya give him annulment/divorce papers before she left to go to australia..
I think it would make more sense for Soumya to come back and want revenge for all the times the Oberoi's bullied her and their thanklessness toward her.

If Dadi was so persistant about anti-divorce, why didn't she force rudy to give soumya rights like she made shivaaye give annika?

She was kidnapped by Kamini and kept in OM secret tunnels for god knows how long

would have loved to see cvs using soumya angle to make it a Rudy track and show him him grow by showing how he handles himself rather than making this also as a shivaay track as I see no reason why soumya should hate shivaay. Her target has to be Rudy. Rather show her as 3rd sister they could have shown her as hired by them but she ends up falling for Rudy and refusing to give him divorce. A beautiful track going to waste as cvs knows only two things villains and target shivaay. Cvs give the man a break... why is he married if he can't share his problems with his wife or the brothers he so dearly love and doing all this vanvaas for. Show other doing something for him for once.
