This is very gladdening to see. Even though Dira aren't married yet, Ratan stuck up for Diya's family respect, especially when Abhay disrespected Diya's father and even slapped Abhay for that. Even though Ratan may be immature, he is still very much good at heart.

Though Dira are just best friends, Ratan proved himself to be one of her best friends. He stood up for her father's and her self-respect. Can you imagine how he will be as her husband, especially when he falls in love with her? He may be immature, he may hurt her at times with his insensitive words but he will never let anyone disrespect Diya and will always stand by her. For me, that's a trademark of a good husband. 👏

If makers are consistent with his charecter sketch... he need to react and come out and say he will marry Diya.

Remember the time when DiRa were acting to be engaged and CTakur sa says something bad to Diya and Ratan insults him pronto. He has done such things subconsciously many times. Would like to see the same today too.

Looks like our voice has reached the makers. They sure have added dialogues to Ratan after the scene was shot.
