Did they ever show how old was Sameer when his mom got married to his step dad?

He never lived with them, he was always in Boarding school. Did he spend his holidays with his Nanu or at his step dad's house?

What's back story behind his extreme hatred for Sameer?

As of now Somani's hatred is mostly because Sameer defies him openly.He never subscribes to his step dad's any wishes so this defiance is major cause of Somani's vexations against Sameer.

Yeah nothing of the past has been shown yet but i feel its mainly because of his defiance of his rules by sameer which makes him hate sameer...also i feel its about the comparison between Rohan and Sameer😳

Sameer might have hated Somani because, he might be a small child when his mom got married to him. And he might have felt Somani took his mom away from him and his insecurities worked! On top of that extra attention to Rohan also might have hurt him! So with passing years Sameer's hatred for Mr Somani increased!
