Why cant Ishita claim her rights as Raman's wife ??

Haven't watched it in a while. So i saw the episode today and I am wondering, why can't Ishita just tell Raman that she is his wife ?

Legally, no-one can throw her out of Raman's house and his life. She can make an appeal in the court. Simmi have no right legally to do any such thing. Not even Raman's parents.

Won't it be easier for her to tell Raman that she is his wife and live with him, while keeping the ghoongat on.

You are right dear I'm also thinking the same u know I'm just fed with thus track where no one telling him truth about ishita..

She could have done that long back when she got to know Simi is giving medicine to Raman which are affecting his mental health she could have easily claimed her rights legally but the only problem in that is how will the makers show drama. Till the time they do not torture the leads primarily the FL how will they run the show for years

oh she did, i didnt see that episode. But why isnt he wondering that how come she spoke such a big lie and why ?

He is not even using his brain...he is not wondering that why a business woman is living in his house like a maid.

yea, ideally she shouldve told Adi or Romi or Mr. Bhalla long back. I am sure if they had kept a watch on Simmi, they couldve easily trapped her, but then it will kill the drama naa... but seriously, they should come up with something more creative to stretch the show... This, risking his life, yet not telling him track is so so crap
