maybe his career blew up a while later... I'm thinking that towards the later part of his life he had enough money to get a house and car etc and obv the ring with whatever he earned probably via writing music or lyrics since he loves his poems.
Also, I think I remember Vyom saying Sharanya had her stalker issues while he was on tour in America, since he's been switching him and Shiv for a few more scenarios, maybe Shiv was the one in America on tour.
