Everyone clapped for Ishra effort when Raman said -abhi pura nahi hua hai, ishita ne kuch aur bhi seekha hai. Naa babu, chalo sabko dikhao. He said and ishita nodded happily.
Raman started saying rhymes and she started enacting on them. Raman recite many poems and she enacted in all making all very happy.
Amma hugged ishita tight and said -very beautiful kanna, bahut hi achcha tha.
Appa too hugged ishita tightly and said -ab meri chinta thodi kam ho gayi. Now I know someone is here who cares for my daughter just as I do. He said with moist eyes while ishita wiped his tears and hugged him tight. Iyers thanked bhallas and specially Raman for all their efforts to which bhallas just smiled and said ishita is just like their daughter.
Slowly time start passing, Ishra started growing up with each other forming a beautiful bond.
Ten years passed and now ishita is in class nine while Raman was in class twelve. Raman has grown into a handsome boy while ishita was a beautiful girl.
Raman was topper in studies while ishita was an average girl. Being dumb she often get teased but Raman was always next to her to protect her. Though ishita was self sufficient in herself but sometimes she feel low because of her disability and then Raman always cheer her up. Ishra shares a beautiful bond which was loved by all, their parents and teachers too. Ishita had feelings for Raman, the way he cares for her, the way he always protects her ,she has started seeing her partner in him but Raman was a carefree boy, he always thinks about studies and sports. The only time people can see him as a responsible boy was the time he is with ishita. Like childhood, still he was very possessive about ishita and donr like any boy going near to her. Ishita felt very good seeing his possessiveness for her but don't know what exactly he feel for her, neither she has courage to express her feelings because of her disability.
Days were passing, Raman was about to pass twelve and was filling forms to get admission in some good college. Though ishita was sad that she will no longer with him but she want him to get admitted in a very good college so that he can fulfill all his dreams.
One day in free period, Ishita entered Raman's classroom happily but stopped seeing the scene infront of her eyes.
Raman was on knees and said -dont know since how long I wanted to say u this, Pata nahi kaise hua, kab hua. But all I know is I fell in love with u, yes u heard it right, I love u. He said holding Shagun's hand who was smiling hearing his confession while ishita's eyes got filled hearing Raman's proposal. She couldn't wait any more and went out of the room with moist eyes.
Raman proposed her and all the friends started hooting,chee raman, what a bad acting.
Raman got up and said -arey yeh bhi toh dekho kisko propose kar raha tha, usse dekh kar itni hi feelings aati hai. He said and laughed while Shagun made a dirty face and said -raman, one day I will kill u. Kisne diya tha iss duffer ko itna ganda dare, yeh kisi ko propose karne laayak nahi.
Raman -main propose karne laayak nahi, yaa tu propose hone laayak nahi, chal hatt. Yaar agli baar achcha dare dena, yaa phir main truth pick karunga. He said and they spin the bottle again continued playing their truth and dare game.
On the other hand, ishita ran to her classroom and sat in the last bench. She was sitting thinking about the scene she just saw while tears make way down her cheek.
Ishita -raman mujhse pyaar nahi karte, woh Shagun se pyaar karte hai. Sahi bhi hai, mujhse koi kyun pyaar karega, after all I am a dumb. Mujhme Ek kami hai, koi bhi mujhse kyun pyaar karega. Mujhse koi pyaar nahi karega, kabhi nahi. She thought and start crying hiding her face in the desk. Since it was free period and she had very less friend noone gave any attention to her while she was lost in her grief.
On the other hand,after the game Raman and all his friends started exchanging the important questions as today was the last day of their school and from tomorrow their preparation leave is starting.
Soon the school got over, ishita went to the parking area to take her cycle. She go home with raman, both ride their own cycles, today also she was waiting for him but he was getting late as today was last day of his school. All friends were busy in talking.
Ishita waited for him for long and finally went thinking he must be busy with Shagun as they r couple now.
She went alone riding her cycle. The road was very busy and she wanted to be aloof so she took another way to go home. The way was bit longer and she has to cross some rural kind of way to reach home. She was walking slowly taking her cycle all lost in her thoughts. She was thinking of all the lovely years she spend with him and how easily he became an integral part of her life.
Ishita -aaj ke baad sab kuch badal jayega, we will never be same again. Ab hum kabhi bhi hum nahi rahenge, hamesha raman aur Shagun honge, aur main akeli. She was thinking and walking.
On the other hand, Raman came out after five minutes and search for ishita but couldnt find her.
Raman -arey yeh kahan chali gayi. Maine kaha tha, ki aap mujhe der hogi mera wait Karna. Phir bhi chali gayi. He thought and was going out when the poen told him that ishita went on the other way.
Raman -kya, ishita uss raaste par gayi hai. Arey woh toh ekdum sunsaan raasta hai. Aapne roka kyun nahi.
Poen-i tried but she was just too lost to listen. Main chillata raha and woh chali gayi. She is not a kid that I can stop her forcefully.
Raman -ok thanks for informing. He said and went out of the school. He start riding fastly on the way searching for her while ishita was walking on the way all lost.
Raman -pata nahi woh uss raaste se kyun gayi hai. I have told her hundred times not to go anywhere without me, ek toh woh akele chali gayi upar se uss sunsaan raaste se gayi hai. Uss raaste par toh kaise kaise log mil jaate hai, agar woh kisi problem mein phansi toh kisi ki help bhi nahi maang payegi. Hey matarani, please take care of her. He was riding and praying.
After riding the cycle for almost ten minutes, he finally saw her, he sighed in relief seeing her all OK but next moment his face turned pale. She was crossing the railway track while train was coming.the track don't had any gate so she was just walking all lost in her thoughts while train was approaching fastly to her.
Raman got scared seeing her and screamed in top of his voice -ishita hato, but she neither heard nor reacted.
The train was just few inches away from her, train was giving horns but she was listening. He left his cycle and ran to her with all his might.
He ran towards her and pushed her off the track in nick of time and himself too fell on her while train crossed crushing her cycle.
Both got up and ishita looked at him to check whether he is fine or not when Raman got angry and said pushing ishita hard -ab kyun dekh rahi ho meri chot, I am calling u since long but tumhe toh sunna hi nahi. agar mujhe Ek pal ki bhi der ho jaati toh, toh, he couldn't complete while he shivered with the mere thought of it.
Raman turned in anger and said holding her tight -pagal ho kya yaar.gungi ho behri toh nahi, dhyaan kahan hai tumhara.He said angrily while her eyes got moist hearing such harsh words from him and before he could say anything she ran away crying. Raman tried to stop her but she didn't listen and went while he punched his fist in air in frustration.
Raman -ishita, babu listen naa.i didn't mean that, babu, please listen. He said but she didn't responded making him more guilty.
Raman went back and took his cycle. He start cycling and went towards his house. He reached his house and saw ishita getting into her house. He tried to stop her but she didn't listen to him.
Raman -tune usse bahut hurt kiya Raman, aaj tak tu sabko daanta raha for calling her dumb and today u only called her that. Usse kitna bura lagaa hoga. U have to say sorry to her, u have to. He thought and went to his room.
On the other hand, ishita changed into her casual and lay down on the bed. She closed her eyes and all she could see raman proposing shagun. Tears start flowing from her eyes again and she turned to sleep. She was trying hard to sleep but couldn't and lastly got up and walked towards the window.she saw him going somewhere wearing a blue shirt and denims.
Ishita -jarur Shagun se milne jaa rahe honge. Mujhe daanta, mujhe dumb kaha uski koi parwah nahi, now he all think and worry about shagun. Thik hi hai waise bhi main kahan unke laayak hoon. She thought and wiped her tears. She went to her bed to sleep and after much struggle she slept.
