Wedding bells

In yesterday's episode Kaki Ma sa said to Ratan she will get an 18/19 year old "Bindani" (Bride) for Ratan.

If my memory serves me right, Yash is older than Ratan. He is probably closer to Diya's age than Ratan is.

Why no one (including his stupid and scheming parents), ever thought of getting him married. Is it the relationship thing? Ratan being the uncle (even if he is younger), gets precedence. (It is not unheard of in joint families)

As far as you can see Yash has a job,(that too, government job , which is a big deal in India 😆😆) He is from a good family and is a good looking man. Why no one ever mentioned his marriage? Even Kaki ma sa who is his grand mother.

(No. I am not necessarily talking about his marriage to Diya, but his marriage in general, it is evident in the social setting they are from, they get married early in life before 21 or so for girls and probably before 25 for guys. Why is he an exception?)

It crossed my mind many days ago, I thought many thing will happen befor Diya falls into Ratans love or vice versa ,among them Yash wedding would be one and even in Yash's Weeding Diya and Ratan would try to find out their enemy. But alas! they found their enemy earlier and Yash weeding didn't happened also. What I am saying actually?

True but so does Ratan. He does not want to marry either and keeps on saying so. In spite of it, people keep on bringing up that topic. But we never see that happening with Yash.

But in one of the earlier scenes it is mentioned he is older than Ratan. It is also said by Diya on numerous occasion that he stood by her as a friend in last 12 years. I do not imagine a 9 or 10 year old child was supportive of her 12 year's ago.

Even if he is (also) younger than Diya, he must be old enough to be a confidante and support to her when she arrived. She was 18 then, he has to be at least 14 or 16 if he became her close friend and most importantly SUPPORT.

I am not sure but i think they mentioned in some episode of RHLH that yash is 3-4 years older to ratan so he is around 25 years in age.

we don't know the exact age of yash nah we only know he is elder than ratan , may be yash doesn't wanna marry now
